The product is good but the bottle received was seal broken n half the bottle was emptyThis happens always with my parcel prior though same issue chor hai Amazon wale paise lete hai n maal used wala send karte hai

Fake product
The bottle is identical. But the lotion inside is not Jergens. Received a fake product. The fragrance, texture and absorption of the lotion is different. I have been using Jergens for more than 2 decades and know the difference. Previous purchase was authentic. This time received a fake one. The second bottle on the picture had the fake product. Skin feels dry and itchy after using it.
