The basket is smooth and well made and Has no oder. I like that the utensils have a stainless steel handle which is easy to keep clean. I hand washed the bowl cover and bread bag, there was no shrinking. The lame was easy to use and has a leather cover.I’m new to making sourdough bread and this kit made it easy and fun. I’ve now ordered 3 sets, one for me and two for gifts.The only downside was when I went to order the complimentary set of stencils, the website link was disabled.

The basket was very nice, just what I needed and exactly as pictured. Same with the tools. However, some small set of instructions or suggestions about how to decorate loaves and use the tools would be advantageous.

I love love love my bread proofing basket set! Why would anyone buy any other set? This has ALL stainless steel accessories! The whisk is sturdy and extremely well made. The lame is super sharp. And the sifter is perfect for my flour designs. I even use it to sprinkle cinnamon over my tiramisu cakes I make.The basket is just the right size. My daughter loves to flip the dough over from the basket. The bread linen bag is very cute too! I was barely able to fit my bread in there but it still works.

I haven’t used it yet but I love that everything matches, I will use it next week but my friend bought it, I was very impressed with it. I love having the banneton for my bread.I will update after I use it

Got this as a gift for my son, and he loves it. But he’s been too busy so I end up using it way more. This is perfect for someone who is just starting to explore making bread, and won’t break the bank. Would definitely recommend!

Was very excited to receive my package since I've never made bread before. Quite a lot of things were included. Wisk and other utensils are of great quality. Everything was placed in a breadbasket. Highly recommended!
