Excellent capacity, organized, easy to carry
This is an excellent knit bag. There is a wide open area inside at bag center for project and yarn and many different sized interior pockets for tools, yarn, notions, some with see through windows to show items in pockets. Backpack padded adjustable straps are convenient for hands-free carrying. I keep my entire collection of double pointed knitting needles in the front zippered pocket. There are stitched divider pockets in this front pocket arranged horizontally and perhaps this is the only change I would make, is to move the elastic stitched strap above the needle pockets more toward the bottom stitched pocket divider panel. My 6-7" dpn needles tend to fall out to the side when I open the zippered pocket. This zippered front pocket, however, nicely accomodates needles 8-11" long. (Longer needles will stand up in the main part of the bag.) A pattern in the back see through zippered pocket is very convenient. There are 3 grommet holes in each side (6 total) to use for threading yarn from exterior side pockets into the bag interior to keep working project, clean, organized, and intact. I like the zippered "Dr. Bag" opening at the top for full access to the interior and the bag stands on the bottom with top opened so project can be worked while bag rests at side or knee without tipping over. I'm thinking of buying another of these bags in a different color because I always have more than one project going and could pack each project separately so could grab the bag when travel is needed. A sweater sized project will fit in this bag. The bag seems to be of good quality and is standing up to hard use as I often take it with me in car or to knit group.

A Gorgeous coloured Knitting/crochet etc. bag with lots of oppertunities
This is a Great Big Bag with lots of storage opportunities, small/big pockets. Well made in a gorgeous colour and the fabric seems great too. There are Lots of Pockets, multiple of them with a see through plastic front. It may be great for some, however I store most of my knitting gadgets in boxes (eg. Clover stitch markers, Sheep safety pins etc) and those pockets are too small. It is very deep inside and have space to store a lot of yarn and big projects. Some of the pockets are on the bottom level and a bit hard to reach into and not so easy to see into when the bag is full. It should be high enough to store long 35,5 cm single point knitting needles…It has the height but I would not store my long needles in it as they may break. The storage spots are out on the sides so the needles get forced in against the centre. It is great with the “Doctor Bag” cover and zippers on the big outside pockets. There is also a strap to keep it secured to a rolling hand luggage telescope handle. I miss studs in the bottom to protects the bottom of the bag from unnecessary Floor wear/tear. It is a Big Bag with lots of storage opportunities, great for travelling, gift for knitting/crocheting friends…just not the best fit for my needs. I am going to continue with my Everything Mary Bag which has the size of pockets I need and instead of the “Doctor Bag Cover” I pack my yarn and projects into smaller “compression travelling bags” which also helps to keep all the content sorted, weather protected and safe from my yarn loving kittens 😻😽I am trying to add multiple images but the system does not allow me to use pictures from my photo library…

LOTS of room!! Best Organized Bag!
Pockets and lots of places to organize yarn, projects and hooks or needles. This is the ultimate yarn organizer! It holds large projects with ease and doesn't look out of place anywhere. I carry it to doctor offices and other places I have to sit and wait. It is easy to work on a project with this bag because it is beautiful and organized. Yarn doesn't catch on anything. The zippers work well.Honestly this is one of the best purchases I have made in quite some time, and I am thrilled with this purchase. If you are on the fence about getting a knitting or crochet bag, this is the one.Further Edit:I have had this bag for a year and a half now. It looks exactly the same as the picture I posted. It is in perfect shape. Quality materials and stitching (I sew as well, and they did a beautiful job on this bag. I wish I could find sewing machine bags that would fit my machines this good!) There are few companies that I would recommend so whole heartedly as this one. I have another bag as well from them, that is just as well made and just as beautiful. It is the shorter one that is wider. I love that one as well.I cannot recommend these quality bags highly enough. If you are thinking about this purchase, you will not regret it. I am getting a third. What can I say? I have too many WIPS (works in progress). :D

Wonderful quality and features
Let me start by saying I am not fond of backpacks. I have been knitting and crocheting (and other crafts) for over half a decade and have tried many different organizational/storage items over the years. This one approaches perfect. My favorite features are the hinge (doctor bag type) opening making it easy to stuff, sort, reach into, etc, and the front section to hold needles, hooks and other tools of the trade. Add to that, the material is very attractive and sturdy - I can imagine it holding up well to travel. I chose the green and it is a really pretty olive shade - goes with anything and won't show dirt easily. The two things I dislike is the backpack straps - I wish there was a way to fasten them to the bag so they don't flap around when not in use - an added shoulder strap would also be nice. Second, I do not understand ANY knit/crochet bag which suggests putting the yarn inside and running the strand thru a small opening/hole/grommet so you can keep the bag closed and work on your project. So when you get home and want to take it out of the bag to work on it, or change it out to another project when the first isn't yet finished (admit it crafters, we all do that) what choice but to cut the yarn and have to knot it to continue ? Does that make sense to anyone else ? Anyway, despite these two negatives, this bag is excellent, I am glad I tried it, and would consider getting another.
