Yes you certainly can ! here are the steps on how to do so:
1-  Once you receive the new lock, put in the factory default combination (000).
2-  Push in the reset button with a pointed object (e.g. pen tip) and hold. 
3-  While holding the reset button put in the desired new combination.
4- Release the reset button.
5- Press the release button and your new combination will now be in effect!

Question 2

No matter what combination I put it always unlocks. Just bought it and changing the code doesn’t work. Please help me it just opens everytime?

No its junk.. Same happened to me. It almost works if you could rotate the numbers up to push the reset pin back up as well. Once you push down to reset, that pin will never go up. At least mine didn't.

Tried to change the lock combination. Now the old combination doesnt work and neither does the one i change it to. Anyway to reset it?

No i don’t think so. I believe the instructions said to not forget the new code as the only way to change a password is by having it on the correct one. I’d try numbers close to it. I have noticed sometimes if it’s not dead on it will not unlock.

What is the best way to remove lock from stainless steel fridge?

The 3M VHB™ Tapes are intended and designed for permanent applications.
However, in rare cases, you may have to remove your lock from the surface it is applied on:

Cutting through the tape bondline is the most effective method of separating the surfaces, a very effective tool for this purpose is the 3M™ SMART Tool.

Alternatively, you can use a thin piano wire or 30lb fishing line.

1- Apply a fair amount of isopropyl alcohol to the edge of the tape to lubricate and prevent the separated tape from bonding together again.

2- Run your tool down the length of the tape to separate the surfaces. This varies in difficulty depending on the tool used.

To remove the adhesive residue, use a 3M™ Stripe Off Wheel. Alternatively, you can use a small plastic scraper to remove most of the residue layer, then apply some isopropyl alcohol and use a cloth to wipe off any small excess.
