Deepcool GAMMAXX 200 V2 CPU Air Cooler - Intel LGA1200/1151/1150/1155/LGA775 I AMD FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/940/939/754 (DP-MCH2-GMX200-V2)

I have been running stock cooler for my AMD processor and wanted a budget cooler after the cooler fan failed. This tower cooler looks big, but is quite easy to install. I did not use the thermal past that was ready on the cooler - used ARCTIC-MX4 instead; I am not into gaming, but do quite a bit of video encoding during which the CPU runs at 100% for a few hours. The temperatures have always been under 60C even during hot days. The fan is large and covers the cooler well and runs very silent. Overall a great cooler at this price.

I bought this for my old FX 4300 black processor and it works beautifully, I see about 5 to 7 degrees lower temperature then the one that came standard with. Installation is a bit of an issue as the clamps do not have the push down lever of the original one, you will have to lock on one side and then balance the cooler on the CPU and push down hard form the other end while lining it up. if you have a bad motherboard there may be a chance you may break it but once done its all good. it comes with its own thermal paste which is a positive. it has no RGB fan which is not really a concern for me.

The product is good worked well on my old pc, temperatures are great too, silent as well.

This is a good fit for my PC and it helps in decreasing the CPU temperature if you are using stock cooler. The installation is little bit tricky. If One lock is set then you have to push down other side very hard to lock it.

I was using stock cooler for my i5 9400F and I was hitting 100C while playing dota and other games for some reason, This cooler does good job as I was only getting 50-70 while playing the only downside is that it actually screams at high speed lol other than that really good product for the price, Happy customer :D oh one more thing It was also very easy to install but it took me an hour install because I was doing it the wrong way LOL

I have an LGA 1150 chip, this states that it is compatible so I bought it to replace the stock cooler which stopped working.The heat sink, however, does not fasten onto the mounting bracket!I spent over an hour fiddling with zip ties just so I can make sure that two of their own parts sit together!Was not a pleasant experience and the heat sink now sits fastened by zip ties.This is not an experience I would wish upon my worst enemy, please look elsewhere if you own an LGA 1150 chip (i don’t know about compatibility with other processors)

3 months of use now no noise from the fan is pretty silent.. the size is a bit large so check your cabin before ordering i had to remove one of my cabin fans to adjust it. Temperature remains around 30 degree Celsius when idle and around 60 65 when on max. It comes with a pre installed thermal paste on the heatsink. Any one can installed it if you have atleast install any type of heatsink once. Heat sink quality is tin type not has solid has the stock heatsink but no bad has it is going to sit inside the PC. Cleaning the tin heatsink could be a delicate hand issue there.
