We used these for making a jumping coffin and crate and the kids loved it. The actuators worked well throughout the rain, fog and clear weather and we had a lot of fun with them. They are well made and functioned well for the two weeks we had them up and running with our decorations.

I brought this for my grandson and I have since nought several more. Good quality!

I used this cylinder on a coffin prop to open and closed the lid. It is nice and small, very light, made of aluminum and has a stroke of 50mm (a littler under a 2" stroke). It was very easy to mount and very easy to hookup with the included quick change hose fittings, and very easy to hookup to the coffin by the 6Mx1 threads at the end of the rod. It is surprisingly strong, has a very smooth operation, very precise, not very expensive and has been a good addition to our props.

I am amazed by the affordable price of this small pneumatic air cylinder, now available for only $17. I have been a satisfied customer of TAILONZ products in the past (regulators, actuators, valves manifolds etc), and this purchase is no different. The cylinder bore operates smoothly, and the included components are of superior quality, as I have come to expect from TAILONZ. NO MAGNET inside! No way for a T-slot proximity switch to sense position. The description implies otherwise. Very misleading. I need that style of cylinder and the description claims "T-slots for mounting magnetic switches" but fails to add the fact that it won't work!

I like how it moves perfectly with its seal inside it. It doesn’t slide in and out uncontrollably which is good. Also the cylinder is small and complex giving more room to bolt it in somewhere. Overall the pneumatic box/cylinder is pretty good!

Potente pistone pneumatico , funziona molto bene e di ottima fattura , è costruito con ottimi materiali , molto robusto e di tipo industriale , arriva munito di 4 innesti rapidi , 2 di una misura e altri due di misura maggiore ma con filetto uguale e un rotolino di teflon per i filetti , la spinta è ottima e potente , il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo , consiglio l'acquisto

Ahora mismo no tenía un circuito para poder realizar una prueba decente, así que solo puedo opinar de la puesta en marcha y una pequeña prueba a baja presión.Se presenta en una caja pequeña y los conectores vienen sueltos y apretujados, lo que puede ocasionar alguna fuga posteriormente por roturas de las partes plásticas.Viene con una pequeña cantidad de cinta de teflón, sin embargo hará falta toda la que trae y alguna más, porque hay bastante holgura entre conectores y sus posiciones. Probablemente las roscas no sean del mismo tipo, una BSP y la otra no, o quizás una tenga medida en pulgadas y otra métrica, que aunque parecidas, no coinciden exactamente, como sea, hace falta mucho teflón para que sea estanco, traducido, no se puede usar en grandes presiones de servicio…Con estos datos, y a pesar de estar fabricada con buenos materiales, solo la puedo recomendar para uso educativo, bricolaje doméstico o pequeñas pruebas de diseño, además, al ser de marca blanca sin certificaciones, tampoco pasaría ningún control de seguridad laboral…

Perfect device for my turning target build at my shooting range. The body has multiple fixing points and the ram is threaded allowing an easy insertion for whatever connection is needed. The two pairs of quick fit airline plugs are easy to fit and the addition of a small reel of PTFE tape make a strong sealed fixing to the body.

I'm using this little piston as a holding clamp, it's great for that purpose, it holds firm.I've made a frame for this to work, a little inventive engineering was needed but it seems to work fine. The fittings are all airtight and I've fitted a valve so I can set the clamp on or off.My next project is to build a small press, again using this piston.
