It doesn't taste bad. That's the best thing you can say about a liquid iron supplement.A measuring up would have brought this up to a 5. I bought a 'marked' shot glass ;-)

I am using this product to help keep my hematocrit at a good level because I donate Plasma weekly. The taste is decent (no after taste). Drink about 8oz of water after taking along with vitamin c for absorbency.
