Neat looking and functions well for smaller rooms or directly pointed on you. Seems to work just fine. The price point though I feel is kinda high for what it does. Cheaper heaters that do a better job are out there.

Infrared heaters always seem to be under powered, until you become familiar with them and the difference between an infrared and a standard heater that blows hot air strongly at you. I read the instructions, plugged it in, pressed a button and immediately got warm air. The default fan was a little loud and the heat was too much, so I took it down a notch and it's now super quiet and giving off a comfortable warmth. I have not yet located a battery for the remote but the buttons on the heater are easy enough to figure out. It is sturdy and well made, as well as being a pretty cool, very different, design. My only complaint is that the top has some fairly deep scratches in it - not just surface scratches but ones that I can feel deeply when I run my fingers over them. These most likely did not occur in transit because the packaging is pristine so I have to assume that the heater was scratched before or at the time it was packed. It doesn't seem to impact the heater but it's not great.
