Amazon Basics Pegboard Hooks and Organizer Assortment, Zinc Plated - 51 Pieces

These are super thin diameter,way too small for common pegboard. Do not order unless you need small hole hangers. Nowhere on the product description does it mention these do not fit standard pegboard.

I bought this product as a gift and it was very well received! For the price it seems much more durable than other similar products and I felt good about giving it to someone as a gift. And they were happy with it, so win win win!!!

Very easy to install the smaller peg board pieces allow you to put them in many different areas

The finish is a textured light beige/off white. The last picture in Amazon's listing is the best example of how it looks. And if it's not clear the product dimensions listed 28.3 x 12.8 x 3.5" is for each panel. So you have 28.3 x 51.2" of pegboard space to work with.Out of the box there was some scratches/nicks from rubbing against each other in the package on the edges.Be careful while handling and installing these panels. Some holes were not punched out cleanly leaving sharp bits on the backside.On the longer sides (28.3") the hose are closer to the edge so we are unable to use holes between two panels if mounted right against each other. Some extra planning needs to be done before making the holes to mount the panels if you want to use holes between two panels.Plastic bins are textured and come stacked in two which can be difficult to separate. They have plastic hooks that go into the peg board and are seen included with other accessory sets which are a hit or miss in quality. So far they've been fine holding light items.I've been using two panels to hold some of my little RC cars in the small workspace I dedicated to and have been great except I do find myself pulling off the hooks time to time. Peg locks would fix this.For just under $60 at the time of review this starter kit is a good option for a metal pegboard. But it won't get a five star rating because some of the punched holes left some sharp bits. Extra measuring required if one wants to use holes between two panels. And peg locks should be included.

This is pretty solid offering I have to say when it comes to pegboards. It's fairly basic with the included accessories, you'll certainly need more once you work out how to use these that are included. There are a bit too much repetition for me in the included bits but overall they can work.The boards themselves have pretty sharp back edges. I would like to see a little bit extra care taken in the build process to soften these edges not just snip them clean and razor sharp in some parts.One negative beyond that in the actual use of the board is that they take the holes nearly to the edge. This means when you place boards right against each other you can't utilize the holes at the edges of both. If you want to you're going to need to space out the boards slightly and figuring that out can be a pain. There should be a little more material used to create the right amount of space.Outside of these things, which are worth docking a star, this is a good smaller set of panels to use maybe where you'd benefit from a smaller build of boards, or even a good little starter set for yourself or someone else to get them really into organization.All of my pieces were scratch free, well packed, and no bends. They installed easily enough I just needed to wear gloves to keep from slicing up my hands.Overall at less than 60$ currently for 4 boards, and bits it's a reasonable offering and worth picking up if you need to organize a smaller area or want to get someone started doing the same. I picked up quite a bit more accessories to flesh out mine and it's working fine.

While I've grown to prefer the Wall Control system, traditional pegboards are still useful and holders for them are a dime a dozen.This Amazon Basics pegboard is a pretty standard steel design, although there are no specific mounting holes. Instead, you mount it to the wall using the outer most peg holes in the corner of each panel. The kit comes with just enough mounting hardware, no extras, and the anchors and screws all seem to be decent quality.My kit had a couple minor dings in the pegboards, but nothing significant, no damaged paint, and they work as expected. The included peg holders cover a range of basics, but if you want anything more specific like larger tool holders, power tool holders, etc, you'll have to get them elsewhere. Quality of the holders overall seems fine, the only issue I ran in to was with one of the plastic bins where one of its mounting pegs broke when trying to attach it to the wall.That aside, when installing I'd suggest flipping the pegboard so the front surface is against the wall while marking the holes you need to drill. Their instructions suggest you could stick a pencil through with it the other way around but that requires a rather long and narrow pencil.I wound up installing this in the closet in my home office, it's a less critical area with a smaller selection of lighter tools and odds and ends that this board will work perfectly for.

Perfect! Good price for whats included. Really happy with whats included. If i need to extend the current lot then i will definitely buy again.

I'm super pleased with this Amazon Basic pegboard. We have put it up in our garage and now have a great of organising all our DIY bits and pieces on this pegboard. The board has a light grey/cream colour. It comes with all the screws and plugs needed to put up the 4 panels. The instructions are very clear and it is really straightforward to hang the panels. It comes with 9 different kinds of hooks for hanging different types of tools. There are 40 in total. It also comes with 4 small baskets that hook onto the board. I personally would have liked to have more of those, for things like screws and plugs. Great pegboard, would highly recommend it.
