Works, but has a minor issue.
About $60 less then most, works as it should. But the Man/Auto switch doesn't stay on Auto, I had to put a magnet behind the switch to keep it on Auto. After contacting customer support, this is how the unit is designed.

Fan switch didn't work
Fan switch didn't work from day one of use. Spring inside of switch too stiff for auto spring to turn off the fan when plenum temperature dropped. No setting of the temps would turn the fan off after a heat cycle. Just plain junk. Ordered a Honeywell to replace it.
