Not pre-assembled. Spirals rip if not careful
I knew they didn't come assembled with the hoops to hang, but the spirals were perforated so I had to sit there and break each perforation. You can't just grab both ends and pull; they will rip. We bought paperclips to hang these from a drop ceiling. We liked them and it was a good touch 😊

Cute but time consuming to hang
These are super cute and we’re perfect for my son’s 12th birthday party, but each one has to have a little plastic hanger inserted through a small hole and then taped or pinned to a ceiling blade fan, ceiling, door jam.
