We received this item in great timing and the box was not damaged and my son was super excited for the item however once we got it out of the box and pressed the button for it to roar and move it's head the gears jammed in its neck and made a constant clicking noise while roaring and the head wouldn't move we could physically get it past the gear jam and it would move on it's own but then it would just jam again once the neck moved to that side.
