Bluetooth Conference Speaker w/Microphone | 360-Degree Voice Pickup & Noise Canceling Conference Room Omnidirectional Microphone | USB Conference Microphone Bluetooth Speakerphone

Bought 2 years ago to improve my work calls from laptop speaker and mic. This has been so nice and it’s simple to use. I can connect through Bluetooth without any cords or connect to usb. The sound quality is great and the mic doesn’t pick up what the speaker puts out. This could also be useful in a meeting room setting as well for conference calling on teams or zoom without dialing in via phone.

This is a product I can give a full-hearted 5 stars - with one minor warning: I'm only reviewing the use from the plugged in via USB standpoint. I have not used the bluetooth function. I took this first to a large group meeting where there was no other option for picking up sound for people joining in on a -Teams call. This worked remarkably well in a hotel conference room with 40+ people. People on the teams end said the sound was quite audible - at least when it was a reasonable distance from the speaker. I used it then in a team call also with 6 people in the room and some on teams. Again sound for all parties was great. Now i'm using on my work at home desk so i don't have earphones in my ears all day. Works great - just plug in and go. It's also light, easily stored and carried to meetings. Highly recommend.

USB connection stopped working after 6-weeks (only a 4-week return policy). The speaker continues to work on Bluetooth, but continuously plays an annoying and distracting tone regarding the battery when not in use. Whenever the speaker is plugged in to charge via USB, I have no sound from my laptop. Waste of money, do not recommend this specific product as I'll need to purchase another.Update: Customer service reached out in case anyone else has this issue. Problem resolved:Reason:The speaker won't work if you connect via plug on the condition that but you haven't clear the bluetooth for your previous bluetooth connecting.Solution:Unplug the device, and long press the bluetooth of the device to clear the bluetooth pairing, and also clear the bluetooth pairing in your phone or computer, long press power off button 3-5s, and press power on button again, plug back the device, then it will work.

This took me at least three tries over the last year with Amazon to try to find a true plug and play external speaker for my finicky home work station. This one is awesome. I really didn't need the travel case because it is for my desktop, but in the end, I like it and will travel with it in the future. and for now, I keep the case zipped when I am not in a meeting or using it to keep it free of dust. NICE. Works great, easy, good sound, the microphone works. I have had no complaints. Highly recommend for people who have struggled with plug and play in the past!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased to have a speaker for phone calls and music. The speaker has a nice look and feel, but it doesn't work well. I tried it on a Bluetooth connection, and it was intermittent and sounded staticky, grainy, and like it was skipping. I decided to give it a try via a USB connection. The Static, grain, and skipping stopped, but at full volume max, I could barely hear anything. Returning. This just isn't going to work for me.

It's a handy bit of equipment and it works well. It has to be set up in MS Teams or it won't be used as an input device. It works great with other platforms. The problem it solves is that when one has multiple people in a room which is connected to a teams call they can all both hear and participate verbally in the call. Specifically they can hear what's being said on a speaker which is far better than a laptop speaker, and which doesn't interfere with the microphone so feedback isn't a problem.It's not a good solution for a single user in a room even though it's a good microphone and good speaker because it's too sensitive. Even though it has noise cancellation it picks up a lot more sound than a purpose designed microphone would. A web casting mic would be a better thing to use for that specific application.It's useful as a backup or as a sales tool and in cases where a sales person needs to "roll with the punches" and produce a well audible meeting between multiple people in one room and multiple endpoints, on short notice. Every sales person should be issued with one. It's not a good substitute for a better quality video conferencing solution installed in a boardroom and used regularly.

I travel for business and I needed a portable speaker to use in a large conference room. This handy speaker was easy to pack in my carry-on luggage and the speaker worked great! No complications setting up the device. Simply inserted the USB into my computer and it promptly turned on. Worked great for my Teams call.

I've used this twice now and it's been great. I moderate a book club that switched to Zoom in 2020. We recently decided to go to a hybrid model for those that can't attend in person. I hook this up to my laptop and locate it as centrally as possible. We have no issues with both sides hearing the conversation. There was some cutting out this last time but it was the middle of the meeting and just one user so I think it was on their end. At the price, it's been great. I would definitely recommend this conference speaker.
