Excellent saw at a great price!
I bought this small chainsaw about 6 months ago for light cutting of branches and brush around the yard with the hope that it could handle some tasks more easily than could be done with large lopping shears or hand saws. I have had occasion to use it several times since purchase and have, each time, been pleased at how well such a small electric saw has handled the tasks at hand. It cuts smaller branches rapidly and with ease since it has good power and cutting speed. Just today, we had a very large branch come down due to age and wind. It is clearly large enough to require professional removal by an arborist. But, the end section of the branch was smaller in size (4" - 5" thickness) and had fallen in such a way as to create a problem across our driveway. I decided to see if this saw could handle this section for me . . . . .and it did so with ease. I did not try to cut through the full thickness of the branch, but easily cut about 2" into it on one side and then did the same from the other side. This left a small piece in the middle to be cut and my Saker saw cut that away with ease - problem solved. Don't be fooled by the term "mini" electric saw. Yes, it's a small saw for small jobs, but it functions with easy handling and excellent power for many types and sizes of yard brush and trees. It's a saw that outperforms what one might expect of a saw at this very modest price. I only wish that I had bought it with a carrying case for ease of storage and transport, but that was my error of judgment. The saw performs fully as well as advertised. Would I buy it again if I had it to do over? Absolutely!

Just right for my wife
Arrived quickly, and as described. Did a bunch of research and looked at a lot of options before getting this- looks good so far. Tried it out myself on several small, downed trees in our yard, 3 to 4" in diameter, and it cut them up nicely. But we mainly bought it for my wife to cut woody plants around her garden. She doesn't have the hand strength to cut them with clippers anymore, and wanted something light weight, as she can't handle anything too heavy either. She likes the weight and hand grip of this pruner- seems it should work fine.Got the kit with case, 2 batteries, couple spare chains- don't know if we'll really need the second battery, but for the occasional full size tree I may need to cut down, would be nice to do the limbing. I have a full size gas chain saw, but this would be handy to cut the side branches off. Nice to have the case to store it in.

Great little saw.
Amazing little saw. Used this for more than 4 hours to cut small (1 to 2 inches) trees along a 2400 feet property line, on a mountain in the woods, to prepare for a fence installation. The 2 batteries were a great help while I used one and had the second on the charger. When one ran out, I was able to keep going with the second. Neighbors and fence installers were amazed at how quickly the saw worked. Small size made it easy to get close to the ground to cut on uneven terrain. My wife has used it to trim tree branches. She loves the light weight.

Short lifespan
Purchased in 2 of these November 2024, used a handful of times over 5-6 months. 2 days after last use, it won't start though battery fully charged, and all troubleshooting failed. Same thing happened with 2 prior purchases - handy little saw but lifetime seems to be limited to 3-6 months. I've purchased 4 altogether over time - that's how much I like the saw. Very dissapointing!!! Thinking I should have paid more for better, more durable product!

Excellent purchase!
I don’t write reviews often, but felt lead to for this product. I bought it to trim a huge bush in my backyard that had gotten out of control (like 8 feet high). I was worried I’d have to get a ladder to get to the top branches, but nope…this cut through them with ease. So happy! Bonus that it was already charged right out of the box. Excellent purchase and worth the money, especially when my lawn guys quoted me $275 to cut the bush way back, and it only took me 10 minutes! In a nutshell…highly recommend!

Great Tool!
This little chain saw is perfect for clearing old bushes and cutting down or trimming small trees that are no more than 4” in diameter. Remember to keep the chain oiled each time you use it. The box comes with a small bottle of oil, goggles, and the tool to tighten the chain. And it’s battery operated! This little tool gets a jobDone much more quickly then using loppers.Safety though. Wear gloves and the goggles.I love it!

Small but mighty!
I bought this chainsaw last fall and haven’t had a chance to use it until today. I’m going to tell you that this little chainsaw is very capable. I cut up a bunch of fallen branches in the yard varying from 1 inch all the way up to 4 inches in diameter and the Saker saw never let me down. I cut for approximately 30 to 45 minutes and only used about half of the battery. If anyone needs a compact, economical, chainsaw, I highly recommend this product to fill that need.

pleasantly surprised LOVE IT
I LOVE LOVE THIS - I thought 4 inch would be to small but nope its perfect - I cut most of a dead grapefruit tree in 10 minutes for thicker branches hold it steady - super handy tool charge lasts a long time, i appreciate the extra battery not needed yet and the extra chains with a handy carry case. I brought it on the trails to help clear brush and cut over growth, fits in the backpack -
