The media could not be loaded. I did my hair myself over the course of a few days, three tips.1. Wash synthetic hair with shampoo, rinse and let it air dry. It is usually sprayed with some sort of pesticide that leaves a smell and can irritate skin.2. I realized what other reviewers were talking about with the small loop size. Fix this by sliding the end of a rat tail comb through the loop and begin to gently pull and twist the knot down. The locs will lay flatter if you can fit two fingers through the loop.3. I love this look. It’s really bright and expressive, the length is perfect. It’s a bit heavy at first but quickly get used to it. They’re also pretty soft to the touch and have some volume packed in so they aren’t too fluffy.

This was my first time installing crochet Locs. My daughter wanted butterfly locks for her birthday so I watched a few videos on YouTube and was able to easily install these crochet butterfly Locs in her hair. We both love the look. I will get some more for her, as we were very pleased. I really liked the variety of hair color as well. The color matched up perfectly with my daughters natural hair color and she is able to easily style her hair. The texture is soft and natural feeling. This one is a true winner.

I just had the opportunity to put the Butterfly Locs for the first time . So I am going start with the pros of this product . The delivery was very fast and the packaging was exactly what it stated in the description . I like the fact it was super soft , it’s not heavy and it does not way down on your head . I purchase 8 pack but only needed to use 7 pack . like the design of the butterfly locs it has a curl effect to it . Which I am a BIG fan of curls.Even though it was 12inches it looks longer in person; it is pass my shoulder blades . However, my two cons are that the hole that was provided for start of the crotchet was way too small , it had to be strength out in order for the hook to go in smoothly into the hair and also the jewelry selection was one color of each . I would suggest to give one solid color in the pack & to make the hole a standard size; so it can be easier to install. Personally I didn’t use the jewelry provide in the pack. So I will see the next couple days how my butter locs are holding up ; stay tune for Product video .

I wear braids 2-4 times a year and can keep them in for about 8-10wks and never had to prewash any of the hair or crochet braids before use (probably should’ve but didn’t). This hair was so cute and I loved it so much that I tried to push through the itching and burning, hoping that it would stop after several washes and soothing scalp treatments but it did not. I had red sores and spits all over my scalp and could only wear it for about a 2 weeksSo i’m going to try to do a ACV soak and install them again next week to see if that helps. I will return with an update. As you can see the hair has quite a bit of white film so i hope this rise works.Other then that I loved the textured, color, and how natural they look.The price is a bit pricey, I used 8 bundles in this picture but brought two extra bags for back up.

What I like about this hair: I like that you received 7 packs which is more than enough, a needle, and hair jewelry. I washed the hair in apple cider vinegar and rinse with condition before install. I do this because I have sensitive scalp. I ordered the 12 inch 1B color.Now for the install, I prepped the hair before install because the loop/holes are small. I gently pulled the hair down to widen the hole as to not disturb the hair pattern to pull hair through. This may be time consuming for you if you decided to have it done at a salon with a stylist.However, I did it myself so this works for me, once the hair is prepped it’s smooth sailing from there.

Would like to let everyone know this is a good price the locs I bought were soft and the color was vibrant I bought burgundy and it was 12 in a pack 7 pks enough to do a my hair I was especially impressed by how they turned out and very easy to install I definitely will buy them again thanks for the great product I was very happy

I love it, the loops wasn't too bad. The hair is a lil stiff but will loosen up eventually (I hope) . Its really cute.Update...I installed it on the 5th if Nov it is now the 10th and the loops are slipping free. Meaning they're not wounded tightly withing the loc so it comes loose. Some came loose while installing but I thought maybe the stylist just pulled too hard. NO...Im a set and forget it girl so I don't do much to it. But i was walking my dog bent over to pick up poop, hair falls in my face, I pushed it back and too strands fall on the floor with the loop undone. . 5 DAYS IN...NOT COOL.

The hair was soft and looked very realistic. I loved how vibrant the color was, I received a ton of compliments on it. I felt like the length was longer on me than I expected but it wasn’t too bad. My only “issue” was how small the loops were. It was tough to pull the hair through and at times I gave up and pulled as much as I could lol but it still came out presentable. I didn’t cut them out so I can reuse them again but next time I’m going to crotchet them like an individual style and maybe it’ll be a better experience. Other than that I enjoyed the hair and it came really fast!
