Durable and comfortable hammock!
Just returned from 7 nights hiking in Isle Royal on Lake Superior and used this every night to sleep in. Had rain several of the nights as well. I was super impressed with the durability and comfort of this set up. I was fairly rough on it and every part of it held up and worked flawlessly. The rain fly kept all the rain away even when it was coming down pretty hard. I was even able to put my pack underneath on a few rocks or logs and it never got wet. It was easy to set up and very comfortable. If it wasnt for the mosquitos buzzing so loudly at night I would have gotten some pretty incredible sleep considering what I was doing. The only thing you need to worry about is that when it rains you need to either put some sticks or some additional rope on the lines that hold the mosquito net up. The night of the first rain water would run down those lines and then drip onto my face. I was able to quickly use some sticks however to stop that. All in all a great value for the money spent. My friends who had tents were a little jealous!

Pretty good.
So far I've only set it up in the yard, but set up was easy and seems sturdy enough. The mosquito net keeps mosquitos off. I'm not crazy about the adjustable straps as opposed to the straps with multiple loops like ENO uses, but for the price I'll learn to like them.Update: I've still only set it up in my yard, but I spent more time in it and I really like it. I even like the strap system now. Its nice that you can adjust it after the hammock is attached if you need more or less slack to achieve the desired angle. Let me just say I'm a pretty big guy and I can't imagine how I'd rip the mosquito net unless I tied it at a very steep angle and very tight. There is elastic in the loops so that it allows for some play when you get in and the hammock sags. As far as reaching the zipper once you're in it, there are two zippers, place one at the end your head is going to be and the other about where you're knees will be and getting in and zipping up is no problem at all. I will be using a ridge line for the fly to keep it from sagging.Update: I used this hammock for a short backpacking trip and a couple car camping trips, and it did well. My one complaint is that the carabiners it came with have sharp edges and one of them frayed my strap. It appears, according to the pictures, they have upgraded the carabiners that come with it to avoid that problem, and the seller has agreed to ship me a replacement loop to replace the frayed one. I have already replaced the carabiners myself. Good product. Great customer service.

Great hammock but the instructions need work
I went camping using this hammock the first time this weekend.Pros: Comfortable night sleep, large rain fly that provides plenty of cover(I was able to hang my backpack and boots off the hammock strap as it was still under the rain fly), quick setup and take down, all of the parts felt like good quality, and it is lighter than my normal tent.Cons: The major downside are the instructions. It tells you to place the mosquito net support not to far up the tree...how far is too far? The hammock setup has feet and inch guide lines why not this part? Same with the rainfly. How far above the tent lines? How close should the ends on the ground be staked to the hammock. Another issue is the tree straps. The instructions say to rap them around the tree a few times. Maybe with small trees that are exactly 12'-15' apart this is possible, but in the real world trees are larger and/or might be further apart. Especially when camping with a group you want to be closer together. Those perfect trees with perfect spacing aren't going to be close together. I would like a few extra feet on the tree straps to be able to follow the instructions. But all in all it is a great hammock and rain fly that I hope to be using for years to come while camping.

Would definitely buy again!
Took it camping in the north woods of Wisconsin. We added an under quilt. The hammock performed beautifully, even in the rain. Plenty of room, plenty comfortable, plenty sturdy. I'm 5ft 5 inches and 170 pounds and my oldest son is 6ft 1inch and 210 pounds. These hammocks were easy to set up and take down. The straps acted as drip lines during rainy weather. The tarp worked great. The only improvements I'd like to see would be 1) to be able to remove (zip off) the mosquito netting, which would ideally also allow for zip access on both sides of the hammock (get in and out from either side, as well as adjust the under quilt) , and 2) possible built in loops (interior and exterior) for adding optional pockets. (exterior for shoes and rain gear you don't want to sleep with, interior for electronics/map/keys, etc that you don't want on the outside) The rain we experienced was pretty gentle, so we aren't sure how well it would hold up in a true storm. But all in all it was a VERY positive experience! I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to friends.
