I finally found a "fun" happy color that works for me! Very exciting.I ordered Stellar Sunrise. It's a lovely peachy pink, happy and bright, warm but not *too* warm. Yes it's a real ripe pinky peach, not "beige" or sand or clay or any neutral stuff. Not too orangey either. That works!It's a great pink for someone who, like me, wants very much to try a happy youthful bubblegum color, but looks deathly awful in anything cool or blue-based, and can't do oranges or browns either.(I have very light skin with olive/yellow undertones, and I'm 45 years old. It makes trying anything "bright" or "pink" a dangerous game to play. Whoopsie!)The product itself is pretty good! I can apply it at 5am and with a tiny touchup after lunch, it stays put til evening, and looks tight.It is much more sheer than I expected, especially for a longwear lipstick. My usual brand is maybelline super stay matte, which is thick textured and color saturated. This Revlon Colorstay Ultimate has a more glossy feel. It's sheer and even a bit shimmery (not too much) and this means buildable! A little for a glowing gloss. Another layer for a more vibrant look. Let each layer set. It took some getting used to, but now I appreciate the versatility. It's super easy!I use an eyeliner brush to line my lips with the product. It holds an overline all day, but because it's a bit sheer, the enlarging effect is not quite as convincing as when i use my more opaque matte brand. That's the only downside I've found and it's barely an inconvenience.This review applies to the Stellar Sunrise color.... If I try other colors and they offer different coverage, I will update my review. Til then, let me get off of this thing.

Just a nice soft color that stays on, mauve

I've been using this lipstick for many years.Beautiful natural shade, STAYS ON, does not smudges, does not transfers to other surfaces such as glasses or clothes.Eat and drink with confidence !

Or it feels that way. I think I've used this shade/formulation for at least ten years. Stays on and just the color I love!

I have been searching for a long time for a replacement for the discontinued Ultimate Suede Lipstick. This is the next best thing. Long wear, don't have to reapply through out the day/meals. I like the color, very similar to the shade I wore in the old version. I don't love liquid lipstick in general, I prefer the smoother application of actual lipstick, but you get used to/better at this as you use it. It is a little drying, but they all are. Ultimately I would recommend this if you miss the Ultimate Suede line.

I thought my lifelong go-to would be Mabeline SuperStay 24, when it comes to long-lasting lip color. This one is better! When it does begin to come off, it doesn't flake or chip like the aforementioned but rather fades more naturally. My color is a perfect natural match to enhance color slightly without being too flashy. Wish there were a little more gloss to it, but it is not so matte that it's disgusting or dry-looking.

Love this! Stays on and looks great for hours.
