Fantastic Torchiere light, especially for the price and very decorative. Very easy and quick to assemble ( instructions were included, took less that 10 minutes to assemble for someone who has a difficult time assembling most products) . Although the Amazon description indicates the Torchiere does not come with light bulbs, Lamp Plus included one 100 watt energy efficient light bulb for the top light and two 60 watt energy efficient light bulbs for the two side lights. The light output is awesome , it completely lights up my office room which is 15 by 18 feet. The Torchiere was delivered 6 days prior to the guaranteed delivery date. It was delivered in two extremely will packed cartons, one carton containing the Torchiere and the other carton containing the three light bulbs The cartons were in excellent condition. This is an highly recommended product,I am extremely pleased with it.,

This light is beautigul, glass shade which I want. Heavy base, I don’t have to worry it falls down. However, I think better not put on carpet. The two side lights and turn up-down and lefe-right, which is 360 degree no problem. Thanks someone’s review, so I opened the box in backyard. I don’t want my home full of foam. I carefully clean cut every tapes and outside box (be careful, don’t cut the cable.) So, no any foam-mess desaster.The only few things are not perfect. See my third photo, the shade has some bubbles and weird lines. Those bubbles make the light imperfection. The lines actually are the patterns, but not “every line” looks beautiful, some lines make me feel the shade is broken. Ha.Overall, it is a good light.

I ordered this lamp based on reviews I read and am extremely pleased with this product. First of all, the lamp was expertly packed for shipping. There was no way the lamp could be damaged in transit. The pieces were protected with plastic, the threads were protected by plastic sleeves, and the assembly was simply screwing each piece one into the other. The lamp shades are a marbled pattern that is not noticable when the lights are on. The glass is nice and heavy as well. I purchased this lamp to light my sewing room which is painted a not too dark shade of green. In order to work, I had 5 lamps on in the room. This lamp replaced all 5 lamps! It is sturdy, well made, and the light it provides is exactly what I had hoped for. The only thing I would suggest is for the chord to be a bit longer. I put the lamp on the floor and tried to plug it into a kitchen socket above the countertop and it didn't reach. Other than that, this is a wonderful product that I highly recommend. I'll definitely purchase another when I am in the market.

I was really excited about finding this lamp. We had several similar looking lamps we purchased a few years ago, and we needed a third. Astetically it looks good, but it ships with a crooked base. I would write this off as a manufacturing defect, but it comes with foam pads and directions to level out the base! It sounds good in theory, but on a hard wood floor, you can visably see the base is crooked! Furthermore, the wiring is junk. I have had it a day, and the lights don't always come on! I can't believe this is so expensive for such poor quality!

I have had two units of this model in regular use for over five years, and both have been very reliable. The glass shades are frosted and tall enough for standard bulbs. Unlike cheap pole lamps I've purchased in the past, the weight in the base has been stable and trouble-free.
