Amazing product! I thought it was only sold by chiropractors! Four pills help with my lower leg/feet neuropathy! I sometimes take 4 more around 3 in the morning! I don’t need them during the day!

Formula 303 is the Bomb! They provide relief without the addiction or side effects! I have a total of 4 herniated disks and 6 bulging disks in my spine from a bad car accident (and now age) many years ago. I am in pain nearly daily these little pills really, really, really help me when I am all locked up and cannot move. I have even used them when I slept wrong on my neck and had a stiff neck. Originally, I was given them by my Chiorpractor after the car accident. I am really sensative to prescription medications, Formula 303's act just like the prescription without the side effects. As with any natural alternative you do have to use them more frequently (so yes you end up taking more pills) then say a prescription but... they work and you "Don't feel anything" except relief! If you are looking for a "europhic of doped up feeling" you won't get it here... this product is homeopathic muscle relaxer not a drug. Do they taste and smell good? Nope... not a chance. They smell gross actually but you are an adult you can handle it. Drink a little juice or a flavored beverage and feel good knowing you get natural relief. A momentary bad smell or taste over an addiction you decide just sayin. Personally I always eat a little something (a snack if it is mid day breakfast, lunch, or dinner if it is around a meal time) before taking them. I just don't like the feeling of any kind of medicine (natural or otherwise) on an empty stomach. I have never had any bad taste, burps, side effects, upset stomach, or otherwise with these. On a side not the magnesium in them may help regulate you a bit. But don't worry you won't be "needing" the bathroom either. Do you have to use more 303's? Yep you do... they are natural... just the way that works... but again relief with no side effects or addictions your choice.

For those fishermen and women out there, you will appreciate the description of the smell here... it smells like legit stink bait for catfish. That may be an actual second use for these. Now that we have addressed the smell... I have been fighting muscle tightness from my desk jockey job, working out, yard work, automotive repair, stress, etc. for years. I've been to physical therapy (helped, especially with dry needling) and am enrolled in a special exercise and stretching routine. Nothing has helped as much as these tablets. In my experience, the sciatica, joint and muscle pain would only subside when the muscles finally relaxed and for some reason it seemed impossible for it to be consistent enough to enjoy my lifestyle pain free. This combination of natural substances with this level of quality have been a huge help. It's still only been about a week, but it might not be too soon to call these life changing. I am 6' tall and about 180. I have been taking 2 in the morning and before bed and 2 at each meal. Slightly more than the instructions for spasms, but most recommendations are for 160 lb people. I do not plan on keeping up that regiment, but will cut back a little at a time. The biggest thing is that I can do my stretches and workouts without the added challenge of working around the pain. This seems to be key for those who are like me and really needed that domino to fall to work back the years of damage. I can focus on technique and not pain avoidance (which can cause more issues). On about day two I would describe the results as something like the day after a massage and a day or so after dry needling. It's truly amazing so far. Note that the ingredients also promote a positive mood and stress relief. Good for muscles and a better night sleep.

This item smells terrible but it really seems to help.

I have used 302 for years. I use it when my back tightens up or my leg muscles get restless. I take two tablets and it works like a harm every time. This is great stuff!!

My chiropractor got me started on this product and it really helps with ongoing back spasms! I'm so glad I can order from Amazon too! Helps my whole family too. Going to get a bigger bottle soon!

I can't really say whether this was effective in helping my muscle to loosen up, but I can definitely say that it's the worst tasting pill that I've ever taken. Hold your nose, swallow as quickly as possible, and have something around to refresh your mouth. The only way I would ever use this again is If there was a guarantee that it was effective and I was suffering.

I love this product. It helps me sleep soundly for at least 7 hrs every night. This last bottle I bought though, I can't get the lid off. I don't think it's returnable so I guess I'll need to get creative to get at the product. If you need help sleeping without any drowsiness hangover, this is the product to try.
