A good life vest to have.
Life vest comes with 4 adjustable straps. Adjusts under the arms, but not above the shoulders. Fits 6'0" med. frame adult male approx. 190 lbs. Tested it in relatively calm ocean water and it kept me afloat. Has some sort of coating that should be rinsed off before first use. Good to have for kayaking, and other water sports-Coast Guard rated for such in calmer waters. Not Coast Guard rated for rough oceans waters or unconscious persons as head may roll face down into the water.

looks good. my 11yr old needed this for a weekend of boating on the lake and it worked well, fit well, she never complained. so i am very happy with the purchase. shes big for her age so it was sized well. supported her well. never had any concerns.

Good value.
I bought this for my 13 year old who is around 100 pounds. He was at the point that a youth size might fit, but with zero room to grow, so needed to buy bigger. It works for him, adjusted as small as it can go, and he didn't complain about it. I imagine this would work for medium adults once adjusted out. Construction seems good, so it was an excellent value.

Arm holes are two small for paddling
I bought this life vest for my daughter (5'8", 120#) to use while kayaking. After 20 minutes or so she started to complain that it was rubbing against her arms as she paddled. I returned this vest and replaced it with a different brand that has a larger opening for the arms, and the problem was solved.
