Q: I purchased this and received a few days ago. There are no instructions. Where are the nylon/plastic washers supposed to go?

The handles can be stowed by removing the bolts thru the multiple choice locations. placing the thin nylon washers between the mount plate and handle pivot bolt allows pivot action while keeping play out of pivot bolts. May have to adjust torque on pivot bolts to be snug enough to eliminate play but tight enough to remove gap. I also mounted a sheetmetal plate under the winch to prevent easy, unauthorized removal of winch.

Q: Is this aluminum or steel ??
