This is a great stand alone or addition to my gatorback bags
I love my bags but my only dislike was the tape clip. The only place for it is on the front of the belt. Every time I kneel down the tape pops off. With this pouch in the same location when I kneel down it folds up and actually closes and traps the tape and pencil from falling out!!! Also, I can’t feel it either. It’s great!!! The stand alone use is when I need my tape and pencils only, flooring or trim installs, the pouch’s metal clip clips right over my pants belt. I’m contemplating getting a second one to keep nice and clean for when I do my measures. This pouch completes my bags and makes them perfect for me!!!
