Love this steamer, for face and sinus steamer. Its great to sterilize small bottles too

This was a good value but it’s flimsy. The purple top has grooves that fit into the grooves on the heating element but it’s not sturdy and fall off very easily. That being said, it works well if you keep still. I put a large towel over my head and placed my face towards the steam, but not too close. I felt the impurities melting off of my face. I wiped my face and immediately added my moisturizer. It felt like a spa treatment. Despite it’s flimsiness, I made it work.

The media could not be loaded. This facial steamer works great and I'm really surprised at how hot the steam is on level high. With that being said, the instructions didn't give clear instructions on how many inches to keep your face from the steam. Luckily, I didn't burn myself because I just moved my face towards the steam slowly and stopping before it gpt too hot. At the high level, the steam only lasts for 6 minutes so you have to add more water if you with to use the steamer for a recommended 15-20 minutes. That's a bit of a bummer because your skin dries up before the water steams again. The steamer also came with an acne kit for removing black/white heads which is really helpful. There is also an adaptor for sinus steaming which came in really handy when I had a dry sore throat.

But it didn't work. I tried different plugs because no one wanted to be THAT person. I thought "Well.. maybe it needs to warm up.. ?" I took a peak at the instructions and the amount of typos and half sentences in in it made me uneasy. NEVERTHELESS.. I reached out to the seller and was bluntly ignored. Luckily, Amazon deals with this stuff so I don't have to.One star because it was broken.Half that because the seller never bothered to respond one way or another regarding my broken item. That is a no go.HALF of the HALF because the instructions were an awkward read and I think they need to get a proofreader.Good luck to the rest of you.

It’s not the most durable of facial steamers but good for the money in my opinion. I purchased this due to severe nasal congestion and allergies but cannot use the nasal attachment even on #1 setting as it burns the hell out of me. Even on the #1 setting using the facial steamer attachment you have to leave a steam escape gap otherwise it will burn. I have burned my throat due to trusting this on the first try and not being cautious! Use carefully! Otherwise honestly it’s a ‘get what you pay for’ product that can help with some relief if used frequently for sinus issues.
