Big decorative oar that grabs attention and knotted (pine?) wood that gives a rustic vibe. Perfect for the lake cabin. I'm adding fish hooks and will hang it over our dining room windows as plant hook hanger. I don't have any issues with the paint job like some other reviewers and any imperfections just add to the charm. Saw similar ones in a gift shop for nearly dbl the price so it's a good deal. I plan to buy another since it's such a nice item and inexpensive.

This oar is exactly what I was looking for - and for such a great price! The color and size are exactly what I pictured and fill out the nursery wall perfectly! It was also really easy to hang and pretty light weight - I just used leather strap hangers that nail into the wall.

I read a few reviews that discussed the poor-quality paint job on this. Ours does have minor paint issues, but if you are looking for a weathered/used looking decorative item, this can't be beat. Definitely for a more relaxed design style. Truely looks realistic and just purchased from a summer camp going out of business sale.

Not sure what people are complaining about, but the Beach House paddle came as described and pictured. Looks beautiful, has that authentic look. Added some hooks on the back and decided to wall hang it for now.

I was looking for something nautical found this on the website. Had to have it and very happy that I got it.

I was looking for an Oar to use as a gift. My supervisor assigned our team to read the book ROW THE BOAT by PJ Fleck. After reading the very motivating book I knew that I had to get him an oar for our office. This oar was exactly the color scheme of our team and I was able to personalize it for him. He was beyond thrilled and it reminds us all to just keep rowing! The paint was a little wonky in some places but it made it look rustic. Good buy, excellent price, and quick shipping if you're looking for nautical decor!

I ordered 2 of the oars to create a "crossed oars" display. One oar arrived in the original packaging, tightly boxed and looking great. The second oar was clearly one that someone had returned and been reshipped to me. Totally loose packaging, and one side was badly scuffed. SInce I could use the other side, and repacking for return is a pain, I decided to make it work. The paint design is pretty, and my project turned out well. But I would say that I was disappointed to be getting a second hand item while paying for new.

Took out from box but didnt open as I could see through the plastic that the one paddle had a chunk out of it and the other paddle had an unnatural crack. Sorry no photos as it's already being sent back

Put this up at our trailer and put some hooks into it. Now bathers heading back from the beach can hang their towels on it!
