For this price, it is a shame. It is not straight. As soon as you tight the screws, it is not balanced properly. The folders holders are falling because the alignment is not correct.

Make sure you don't overtight the screws. Other than that its ok. Mine came a little broken, but it would only take a few drops of super glue to fix.

So i brought this to go with my new office set. The colour on the picture is NOT the colour that came which is so disappointing as I got it to match the other items i brought.

Unfortunately, this whole unit is crooked which means it doesn't sit straight on a desk. The trays slide in crookedly and the cross bars are also crooked. When you look at the unit from the front the whole thing is out of shape. As a result of none of the pieces being correct, the unit doesn't sit on a surface without tipping. We've put together a lot of items because everything comes flat packed these days, however, this item has completely wrong pieces and would have failed quality assurance if there had been such a process. It came packed well so we have to assume the failure didn't happen in transit. My husband had to fashion something to put on the back leg in order to make it sit evenly on the desk which fixed the height issue, but not the wonkiness. I would definitely not buy another. A complete waste of money. Not something you could proudly put on a desk.

I saw the damage to the finish when I opened it but thought I’d make do and assembled it anyway.The bottom “drawer” doesn't open. I thought maybe the screws were in too tight but when I backed them out the unit just listed to the left and the bottom drawer still stayed lodged. The third drawer worked but only while the screws were loosened. The 2nd drawer works brilliantly. The track for the top drawer is visibly bent, so it moves, albeit reluctantly. I should also mention the item was very well packed and protective sheets were placed between the trays and there were no signs of any damage to the packaging (it came in a box inside of another box) so I am pretty certain it wasn’t damaged in transit. I suspect this is a case of a poorly made product offered at a lower price and is likely to have the same issues with replacements. Returning and purchasing at a local store instead.I called the company phone number listed but they told me they could not help because it was purchased through Amazon. Not sure why the number is listed... but returning through Amazon.

I use this product every day - I still do. It looks good and holds 5 trays nicely. The frame is not very rigid though and will sway/flex if you apply pressure on the side. This normally isn't an issue unless you're re-arranging things. Don't be tempted to pick it up by the crossbar. It won't break or anything but the trays have a tendency to slide out with impressive speed, leaving a jumbled mess of papers where your stand once stood. Hold the trays carefully when you move it around.Besides these issues, it's great. I've had it for months and it's still my main tray. I would love it if it was much sturdier but it's not a deal breaker. I'm completely happy with the appearance and regular functionality.

This item everything is great, good quality and very sturdy.I order this item for drying herbs and many other things, I like them because they have very small holes.You can use the stand or simply use the trays with your herbs or others and place them on top of your kitchen cupboards where is the warmest. Many things will dry overnight.For extra-fine herbs, line the tray with a piece of cloth.Very useful. Good luck.
