Sawyer makes great products and these were a fair value too.

Worked great while they lasted; leaked after 4+ years, about 10 camping trips, minimal squeezing.
I bought two of these bags in 2020, to alternate as dirty water bags in a jury-rigged gravity feed on a Sawyer squeeze into a collapsible jug. The system worked great for about 10 trips. Then on my most recent camping adventure, both bags failed on the same day, right where the plastic spout is joined to the mylar. These were lightly used, hardly ever squeezed, not carried by the nozzle, and usually just hung upside down and gravity-fed through the Sawyer. I guess all plastic fails eventually, no matter how well-made. I wish they'd lasted a bit longer, but I can't fault plastic for being plastic.I'm buying two more today, because I can't think of anything more durable to use that would roll up nearly flat and fit into my water kit, for backpacking. (A plastic bottle would be too bulky in my opinion.)So, I'm going to give these mylar bags another shot, even though they both failed. I suspect it had to do more with their age, than poor craftsmanship. They seem like good quality bags, and I'll probably buy two more 4 years from now (proactively, so that I'll have a newer replacement to swap in).All in all, I'd still recommend these bags.

Hopefully more durable
Just got these and used one to make a couple gallons of drinking water when our well was shocked. The original bag that came with my mini squeeze busted after a few uses. These ones seem beefier and thicker. Time will tell if the seams will hold.

Portable and lightweight
Definitely better than the 64oz bag which doesn't work well with the filter. Too cumbersome and unwieldy. These work well as you can actually squeeze water into the filter.Eventually these will rip/tear and then throw out. I used the 8oz for 2.5+ years before they wore down so I'm expecting the same with these. Luckily you have 3 of them so they should last 5+ years using twice a week!

Excellent addition to a walk home for your car.
Addressed issues from other earlier reviews: I read reviews where the bags were folded in the center. My order was packaged rolled appropriately. I also read a review stating that they weren't shipped with caps. My order came with caps.My use is for a "walk home" pack for the car. I've kept a smaller sawyer pouch in the car for 2 years and it doesn't seem to have been degraded by the CA heat. The same goes for the mini filter I have with it. They are very light and take up very little space when collapsed. My idea of a scenario where this system would be handy: Earthquake during the commute home turns the highway into a parking lot. Likely destroyed roadway/bridges ahead and behind you means your car will be stuck there a few weeks. You can walk home over the next two days. You find a bridge on the way home that is out and the river isn't terribly wide or swift. You dump out any water you already had in the bags as you come up to the river. This is no loss because it was water that hadn't been filtered yet and you're by a river anyway. You now blow the bags up with air, put the caps back on and put them back in your pack. You swim across the river with a little extra margin of safety and then refill the bags with water on the other side.

Returned
I returned these due to poor reviews and was afraid to chance it. Manufacturers should make better quality products for us that we can rely on.
