Additionally, the scrubbing action of the mop is gentle yet effective, effortlessly tackling dirt and leaving my floors not just clean, but impressively spotless.However, I did find the water tank a bit on the smaller side. For my 1500 sq ft home, I need to refill it at least once during the cleaning process to cover the entire area, which can be a slight inconvenience. Despite this, the floors dry quickly and feel incredibly fresh and dry to the touch after cleaning.In summary, while the tank size could be larger, the overall performance of the Shark Steam & Scrub All-in-One makes it a worthy tool for anyone seeking a powerful, easy-to-use solution for keeping their floors pristine. Highly recommended for its efficient cleaning capabilities, even if it means a refill during the process.

I love this steam floor scrubber/mop. I have used this almost every day. It’s so simple. It works great. Rewash pads and leave to dry. I’ve told my daughters and friends, you need this!

We had an older model Shark Steam Mop (rectangular mop head with slip on covers) that I loved for many years. It is still working and now is our basement mop, but I bought this when a coworker was raving about a similar spin steamer she had bought from another brand. The thing I love about the Shark mops is the ability to clean without chemicals, so when I saw they had a newer model that had the spin feature she was describing, I decided to get one. I've had this for awhile now and it does a great job. My two very minor complaints are 1) because the cleaning pads are round, you're not going to effectively get all the way into corners and 2) it's kind of a pain that the pads have to be washed without fabric softener as they end up being one of maybe three items in a very, very tiny wash load. Other than that, I love it!

Works amazing! Leaves floor clean and sanitized without any residue, and without any harsh chemicals. Has 3 heat settings, I find using level 1 or 2 sufficient. I have vinyl plank flooring, and the heat has not caused any damage. Cord length could be longer. Great value for money. Would definitely buy again.

It's a significant upgrade from our first Shark steam pocket. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. We had the last one for years and had no issues with it, so we were expecting the same for this model from Shark. It didn't have all the attachments, but that was okay because we never used them. I was able to give the last one away as it is in excellent working condition.4/8/25 UpdateI still love the S8201(I noticed in the reviews that some were talking about different models). It glides over the floor, removing any dust buildup. I like not having to press a button to release the steamed water like my first-generation one. However, this model does not have controls on the handle like the S7201. Instead, you have to reach down to change the settings. I wonder why they didn’t add that feature to the S8201.The water reservoir is small, but it was able to cover a sizeable area on my main floor and is way more efficient with that water than my steam pocket.
