I have been using this product for 15 years on and off when I need it. I lived in Los Angeles and had terrible allergies from air pollution, etc.This product works within 20 minutes. In conjunction with nasal irrigation, it’s a highly effective product. I never use Pharmaceutical anti-histamines.

It works to clear congestion quickly, I'm not sure if it prevents allergies

This alergy supplement is the best I've ever taken. I'm not stuffy anymore! I'm alergic to meds with antihistamines in them. Finding a plant based alergy supplement has been difficult. Most if them want you take them every 4 hours. With this supplement, I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening and I'm good. My daughter tried them and she couldn't believe how well they worked for her as well.
