Love this curling iron, heats up fast, is easy to operate and works perfectly to make beautiful curls that last through the day! Great brand, that I have now switched to from the two more expensive brands I had before. Ella Bella included a heat protected mat/storage bag and glove which has made curling my hair way easier and less worrisome. I like the digital temp display and the kick stand that prevents the iron from touching a surface - also the top of the iron is shaped in a way that makes it easier to handle while you curl! Incredible customer service, Ruth helped to set up my free warranty through text and was so kind, answering all my questions and creating that small business connection that will keep me as a customer, along with the great quality product!

LOVE this curling iron! This iron gets very hot and the clamp is firm. It’s sturdy and good for long hair. Heats up fast and makes perfect curls. Looks great and Works so well, I highly recommend.

I love this curling iron!It has so many temperature settings I couldn't believe it. I found for my hair, over 300° gives me a tighter curl. It is very well made and easy to use, and the easy to read temperature setting is great. I also like the fact that the temperature control is not in the eay of where you hold the iron. My last curling iron had the control right where my hand goes and I kept turning the temperature down. But what really blew me away besides the quality of the iron is the rubber mat and glove you get to protect your counter or table top and fingers from getting burned. Now the real plus is after you buy your Ella Bella curling iron, Ruth from the company will text you to make sure your happy with the product and to listen to any complaints or compliments you have. I definitely suggest you try this curling iron or give it as a gift! Thanks Ruth for solving my styling dilemma.

Okay I wanted to wait until I had a few runs at this product before I reviewed it since it’s a small business and deserved an honest review. I was surprised when I opened it up, the weight and look of it seemed cheap (keep reading) but was pleasantly surprised after a couple tries with it. I will be keeping this product (I return stuff I don’t think is useful) and explain why:1. The barrel is long enough to actually curl my hair and heats evenly for thick hair like mine (long and very thick)2. Heats up in less than 2-3 minutes and I can watch it happening on the dial, which is pretty cool. 410 is my sweet spot - also the dial isn’t easily turned off or hit when you’re curling (it’s a spin dial at the base)3. The customer service is actually great, and that was legit impressive. I wasn’t really getting the results I wanted and shared that honestly with the team that followed up and they gave me recommendations on how to fix the problems I was experiencing - it worked and I was very impressed with their quick responses.4. The curls actually hold as long as (I think) they should. (I double wash about once a week so I need something that can hold up relatively that length of time)5. After getting used to the product material (it’s a lightweight soft plastic ish material) I’m actually grateful it’s not metal and does a better job than the hot tools I was using (benefits like lighter weight in my suitcase when I travel)- one drawback, sometimes strands of my hair do catch in the sides of the curling wand but that’s pretty normal and does it less than irons with screws on the sides.Overall the product is something I think is worth the price and works better than other major retailer irons that Ive bought over the yearsAnd my hair seems to be doing just fine health wise with proper heat protectant and care. I’d recommend it!
