I bought this to remove my makeup before washing with my face wash. It removes all traces of make up including mascara. It’s very gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin. It leaves my skin very soft and supple feeling. My son uses it to remove his eye black after his lacrosse games. It removes it with ease. The jar is large and will last a long time since you only need a small amount. There’s no fragrance. The price point is outstanding.

Just wow. I have seen Albolene for most of my life and assumed it was just like vasoline or aquaphor. (Nothing wrong with either but they are too thick for my face). I would have been afraid to use this when I had younger oilier skin but now my skin in my 40s is sensitive, more mature, dry, and a little breakout prone.I wanted a product to clean my face before bedtime that won’t dry me out and doesn’t have to be rinsed with water, and takes off sunscreen. I have pretty good skin so I don’t wear foundation, just water resistant sunscreen so I need to clean that, sweat, and daily stuff off my face. I tried micellar water and it is good but can dry me out a little. Albolene gets my face completely clean! It only takes a little and yes it is greasy, but it melts into your skin like butter and wipes off great with a soft cloth, it leaves my skin hydrated and soft. It does not clog my pores, cause blackheads or any breakouts. It’s great for my nights that I take a break from tretinoin.It’s simple with just a few ingredients, convenient to scoop into a little travel tub the size of an eye cream container, and is a staple in my skincare collection now. Great price too. It really does eonders for my dry sensitive skin that is starting to show fine lines on my forehead, when my skin gets dry. This cleans my skin, wipes off, and leaves a nice moisture barrier with no breakouts. It removes waterproof eye makeup with no dryness, stinging, or irritation. I have even applied a small amount after cleaning and wiping it off to moisturize my face. It is a little greasy so use a pillowcase that you are ok with some of this maybe getting on, but it’s not a big problem. One of my essential and favorite products now!

Psssst .... want a good cheap make up remover? This product removes my eye make up and mascara very well and leaves my eye area soft but not greasy. I dont use it as a cleanser but as a make up remover. Its a big tub. Its inexpensive. It lasts for a lonnnng time without aging or spoiling. Its not in a cute bottle and has no scent but man, you get good bang for your buck with this stuff. Been using for years and never disappointed. I think I buy a new tub of it every 2 years. Seriously!! Amazing stuff.

I heard about t his product but never used it before. It just melts in my palm.. spreads easily and removes makeup or sunblock. I wiped it off with a soft tissue. The manufacturer said no washing needed, but I rinse it off with a warm tap water. My face feels clean and soft.

You get a full 12 oz for about $10 bucks. Inexpensive but effective. First two ingredients are mineral oil and petrolatum. Petroleum jelly and mineral oil to provide the give, the stretch in the mix. Note: if you tend to break out, be careful bc mineral oil may cause breakouts. The trick is to be sure it’s completely washed off, which you should be doing anyway. I use waterproof mascara and this works without irritation to my eyes. Personally I follow up with a gentle cleanser to make sure EVERYTHING is cleansed off the skin.It doesn’t strip your skin and leave it feeling parched or dried out. I think the second cleanse is necessary, primarily bc of the mineral oil. It’s an inexpensive way to get makeup off and skin clean. Definitely recommend and will eventually repurchase but when I say you get a full 12 oz. It’s brimming to the very top of the container. Leaves skin very soft and foundation seems to glide on. Very pleased.

Leaves your skin so soft and removes all makeup. Pretty big tub so great value for the money. I've used it like 30 times and still have sooo much left.

Where has this been my whole life??? I am 38 years old and have tried expensive skincare and not so expensive skin care. This is amazing! It takes off all my makeup and leaves my skin so moisturized! I’m prone to zits and I have not had any breakouts from it. My skin is also sensitive but this does not make it burn or sting. There is no scent which I also love! It’s basically like slathering Vaseline all over your face but I never realized how amazing that could be. My skin feels better than it did in my 20s!
