The order shows that it comes with an electric winch that operate with remote control. I only got the crane but no winch at all I would like to get my electric winch.This order is been a disaster it took forever and now I’m missing the electric winch. Very disappointing

1st, no instructions.2nd unit is not square, I kept looking at this crane with the arm installed and it did not look right, yep, not square where the arm mounts.3rd, where the heck do you mount the control box, as stated in #1, no instructions, the control box has 2 sets of wires, 1 set is about 6 inches long, I have to assume they go to the wench, but are you supposed to just let them dangle and get caught up in the cable?4th, there are only 2 holes drilled to hold the wench, which is supposed to lift 1000lbs. Hold that thought, once you mount the wench you will find it is only holding by 2 perhaps threads and they did not drill and tap far enough to put a longer bolt in.I once owned a 2002 ford f150, had the same issue with the spark plugs, and they blew out I can just imagine having 1000lbs on this and having the bolts shear off.bottom line unless you are prepared to do a lot of fabrication work, buy something else
