So far so good.
Update:Wanted to reach out to say that I did eventually run into some issues. I believe these issues started with the power adapter, and then took out the docking station with it. Ultimately, the docking station would allow for SOME connectivity throughput (Network worked, some USB ports worked), but HDMI, power output, did not.I reached out to TOBEONE's support on this, and, as others here have experienced, got a top-notch response. This specific purchase (Jan 22) was due to a replacement being authorized by TOBEONE, as it would ship faster via Amazon, and then they credited my previous purchase back in Sept/October (As it was out of the window for me to initiate that return). All went exactly as expected. A new one on my doorstep within a day or two, and a quick screenshot of the new purchase allowed for TOBEONE to initiate a refund on the old one. All sorted out, good to go.And for all I know - the issues may have been prompted by something I did. When I first noticed the adapter having issues, it was after a trip. Though the adapter was protected quite well from the possibility of damage, I can't say it didn't happen with 100% confidence. But TOBEONE's support didn't require me to prove that I DIDNT damage it, and straight away offered up a replacement. So all said and done, I would give this whole experience a 5/5. Maybe, if there is/was some sort of repeatable issue, I'd knock some points off, but knowing that TOBEONE is standing behind the product and replacing it if necessary, outside of the replacement window (And I believe I was just a bit outside of the warranty window), is pretty solid.Buy with confidence. Keep an eye open, but know that if anything comes up, you'll be taken care of.---Only had this about a week, but so far so good.I've been in IT for about 15 years and have seen quite a few different docking stations. Though I haven't often used them myself, I do have experience with a number of different makes and models. Majority being Dell brand, but others definitely showed up.The dock is sized as I'd expect it to be, seems durable enough to travel in a laptop bag if need be, and looks good. The one major upside that I've noticed with this dock over some others is that it stays "on" when you lock your PC, it goes to sleep, etc. What this does is help to store your window positions so that when you get back to your computer after a quick ~10 minute break, you don't have to spend 30s-1m shuffling the windows around so they're back in the position you left them in.It worked with my addition HDMI and VGA displays without any hiccups. Wireless mouse and keyboard with their own (non-bluetooth, some proprietary tech) adapters plugged into the dock (instead of the laptop) work just fine, and I haven't had any issues with it not charging or properly keeping the battery topped off (HP Elitebook 850).I had one small issue where, after setting it up, I switched my USB headphones from my laptop USB port to the docking station, and I wasn't able to hear through certain applications. But this appeared to be a fault of the application, as I was still hearing sound from the PC from other applications/sources, and a quick close/re-open of the faulty application fixed the issue.Only other thing was that it came with instructions to go to a website to activate an extended warranty, but that website appears to link to a form to fill out *when* you have issues, not prior to having them. So I'm not sure there, but I imagine if I have to make use of it, it seems like based on other comments that customer support is good enough that I'd imagine even just having this written down that I tried to activate the extended warranty would be good enough for them to honor it.I haven't used the 3.5mm audio jack yet, which I have seen reviews stating they've had issues with, but I can't comment there. Will update in a few months if anything goes awry, as I do see some reviews saying issues showed up after ~60 days or whatever, but so far, so good.

Flawless device that simplified my Windows laptop setup
My first purchase from this vendor was for my MacBook Air. I loved the way it worked so much that I ordered on for my Windows laptop docking station. It does not disappoint. These things are flawless and work perfectly. Can't give it enough credit as a centralized source hub for your laptop needs.

Ideal Docking Station for the perfect Work-From-Home setup.
I've tried over a half dozen docking stations over the years. In my experience, there is almost always 1 annoying flaw that arises shortly after setup or early with regular use. This TOBONE dock been the exception so far.It is plug-and-play to the Nth degree - so set up was quick and easy. Having 6 USB ports (4 of which are USB 3.0) is such a luxury. The charger provided operates at 65W which is more powerful than most competing docks - according to the manual can support up to 100W and charging at 87W. The HDMI ports support up to 4K@30Hz which is more than ample for typical Work-From-Home applications such as MS Office Suite or Google Suite programs. I frequently switch between laptops while working. This is the ultimate test of reliability for a docking station. Where several of my other docking stations intermittently fail - certain USB or HDMI ports not recognizing the transition to a new computer - this one consistently exceeds. That alone has been a big deal.If I were to nitpick, I would question the decision to include an SD card slot or a VGA port as I would think most users of such a new docking station would not pair it with such older tech (SD card, VGA, etc). Ideally that space could be better suited for a 3rd HDMI port (to support a tri-monitor setup) or additional USB 3.0/2.0 ports (can never have too many). Very minor issue indeed.Compared to everything else currently on the market, I'm quite confident that this is the highest quality docking station available for purchase on Amazon under $200. It should definitely be a finalist for anyone in the market for a dual-monitor setup, prioritizing ease-of-use and the latest technology.

Worked right out of the box, < 5 mins to setup.
Plugged everything in and it just worked. Only time will tell if everything works, but on first experience, it did what I expected/hoped it would do. Resolved my issue with my Lenovo laptop that wouldn't work with another dock.UPDATE 9/6/2024: Similar to a few other reports after about 14 months the HDMI 1 port stopped displaying video. I reported this to customer support and they promptly communicated with me and ended up refunding my money for the unit as I decided I wanted to get another docking station from them that had a larger power supply as my Dell laptop complained it wasn't getting enough power with only this docking station powering it. Customer support was excellent, I just wish the device hadn't failed after only 14 months. It was a very good device for us while it lasted. Was very pleased. I'm reducing the rating to 4 stars as the device did fail, but customer support was excellent.
