This Urn was beautiful, but I had to return it as it was too tall for the vault space. I was disappointed because it was so beautiful.

I’m so grateful I chose to order this for my Dad. He would be so pleased. The craftsmanship and wood grain is beautiful. The cross is on two opposing sides and the boarder goes all the way around. He was 200lbs and there is still some room if he would have needed more space. There is enough room that I could add add a small memento. (Helpful tip for opening the box due to no directions enclosed. Use a small phillips head screwdriver for the tiny screw. Then gently slide the thin bottom panel outward.) I also appreciate the timely delivery.

The media could not be loaded.  The wood is very smooth and soft. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I like that it wraps all around with cross on front and back. I’m very happy with how this turned out, and the price is great too!

Surprisingly, the funeral home suggested I look on Amazon for my husband's urn. I would've never thought of it, but they explained that they send all their customers here when looking for an urn. They told me these are the same good quality for half the cost that the funeral home can get them. I think I must've looked for hours when I finally decided on this one, and I'm so happy with my choice. The wood is a bit darker than it looks in the product picture, but I like it even better that way. The carvings are wonderfully done, and the box is very well made. I really can't say enough about the craftsmanship. The bottom opens with 4 screws and while it fits snugly, it is easy enough to remove and then put back once your loved one's ashes are safely tucked away. The box is simply beautiful and I feel like my husband would be happy with my choice, which is what matters most to me.

I thought for the price that this would be less than average as far as the build. It was very well-made, and my family members really liked it. I was looking for something cheap because I knew we were not going to be burying my mothers ashes in it, just using it for her memorial service. It was more than I expected.

I liked this design for an urn for a loved one. But when it arrived, it was rough (with splinters) and the carving was uneven and poor quality. I never leave reviews, but want to save someone pain at a difficult time.

I think this is a great product. I needed to obtain an urn after my wife suddenly passed away. This was the only urn that I even considered because it fit my wife personality and I loved the craftsmanship. There was a pretty big negative though. When the Item arrived It had a significant black burnt mark on it. Not sure if this was just an oversight when it was being made or what. I did not have time to return and wait on another one so I had to just use it as is. I know the people here try really hard to get things right but it is something that will probably forever bother me when I look at it. That being said if I had more time I would have returned it and asked for a replacement. I'm sure they would have been receptive and done everything they could to help me.

The death of a loved one is so traumatic and heartbreaking, and sometimes it feels like the pain is tripled when you start talking funeral expense.I bought my mother-in-law’s first urn from another company. When I received it I was shocked, horrified and more than a little upset. What I received was no way what was pictured. The craftsmanship was so bad that I was embarrassed. I had to replace it fast. Not only did the urn I ordered From your company arrive sooner than estimated, it is truly A work of art..Thank You.

This urn does hold the remains of a person as described. It arrived within delivery time (faster actually) and came with minimal defects. It is a little scratched however a small polishing with some mineral oil should clean it right up. It is a really nice color. Nearly exactly to the color of the photo. Super satisfied! Better then paying for it upfront costs. Worth the money! Came with a nice velvet bag as well which was nice for protection as I have to travel to get this urn to my father.

Beautiful, but bottom is like a leg board it press wood so it expands with the difference in climate. Had to grind a lot off because it was starting to split and couldn’t get bottom off to put ashes in. Also not sure if it’s actual rosewood, as where the sun hits, it is fading badly after a year.

For the price it was not bad . The top had stain missing but I took a marker and filled it in and now you can not tell.

Each side had a small defects on one side the cross had a small dot & the other side the cross was perfect but the corner had sharp dent.
