most multi-vitamins I have come across for teens require two tablets per dose. I appreciate that this product is a single capsule dose. We have twins, which helps keep the number of bottles to store minimal. They seem to be an excellent product. The girl's immune system is great, neither has missed a day of school! Thank you!

Love these- I’ve had both my teen girls off an on these and there’s a noticeable difference in their energy levels when they are consistently on them. They do not upset their stomachs and are easy to swallow. Only gave 4 stars because the only complaint they have is that they taste awful when they take them. They’ve figured out to put water in their mouth first, then take the vitamin so they don’t taste the coating. Other than that they’re great!

My daughter hated these vitamins. She and my husband said the taste is absolutely disgusting. She can not even handle it taste for the small amount of the it takes to swallow them. They will not let you return them either. I am stuck with these very expensive vitamins that will go in the trash. I do not recommend.

Our daughter moods were up and down, before she start taking this vitamin. She is much better on these , will continue to purchase these for her teenage years.

They were great as smaller shiny tablets. Minor smell but enough coating to not make my sensory girl gag Now the NEW CAPSULES are too big and she chokes on them. Back to searching for a vitamin she will take.
