The battery of the laptop is not working at all.
After buying the laptop, I did the update while charging it at the same it. Unfortunately I did not test the battery. After 2 weeks to took it to my sister as a gift and while she tried to work on it, once she remove the plug the laptop is turning off. I tried to return it back by contacting Amazon, the seller under the name of "Agile computer" refused to return it back as according to him the returns duration was finished.I recommend to not buy from him anymore. very bad product, bad customer service.

Good product...
Very good... I never expected this condition for this price.... everything working properly as of now.... No scratches... a small dent but not visible.. More over touch screen is working nicely... Good speaker condition... Totally satisfied with the product...but delivery team didn't call me and just left it infront of my flat.... Not even called me by door bell as well🙄.... But productwise very much satisfied... 4stars bcoz of the delivery...otherwise 5 star

Everything Looks Ok
I received this Laptop and found whatever was described in the description was perfect except for, windows, they wrote win11 but I got Win 10 Pro(Updated Win11 online),& they wrote Gen8 but I received G6, The Device is working fine, battery timing is good.Overall, I had a good experience with the seller.

Computer Not Good at All
After using the computer for one & half month is not working at all.Now it is my expense to find someone who can repair this product.Never buy second hand products on Amazon, they only work for one and a half month and afterwards it is now your expense.I wasted my hard earned money buying this dead laptop.Battery no long working, The computer just freezes regularly.Amazon are you really inspecting these products?

It was my luck
I bought a this from pcmart. I saw their good rating and decided to buy from them. But unfortunately that was not as i expected. They said It's renewed. But i got a 5 years used one. Which is almost in graveyard. The battery was so worst. And operating system was so bad.Sometime It would restart automaticaly and continuously for several time. But their WhatsApp supporting team was so friendly. That's why i am giving 2 star.first time buying something from Amazon was disappointing. And waste of my time.
