I ordered a small size for our mini daschund because he is only 5 months and at the top of the weight for an xsmall. However, it was HUGE on him so I requested a return to exchange for a smaller sizer. Not only did they send me a new oder with an xsmall, but they told me to donate the other harness to a nearby shelter. :) GREAT customer service! I am thoroughly impressed with the the quality and design of the product. I tried it on and it is a still a touch too big, but he should grow into it. I love the personalization and color choices.

We ordered the small size we were not really sure since our dog is so skinny. He is a Jack Russel Chihuahua mix which gave him a long skinny body with a little bit of a barrel chest. We measured him at 20" and went with the sizing chart. It came after about 3 weeks and fits him perfect after some adjustment. We have tried other harnesses for him and he always wants to reach around and chew the straps, or get excited and grab it in his mouth and fight with us trying to get it on him. (He is a bit of a hyper guy) He didn't do that with this one and seems to completely ignore it once it's on, even when he pulls on his leash. It's a lot easier to get on and off of him without a fight too. So far we are very pleased with it.

This seller is exceptional! I bought a total of 7 harnesses, various sizes. Only one was too big but the company fixed the problem immediately. Great communication and service! The harnesses are great! The names Velcro onto the harness. My dogs tend to try and bite each other’s off. You can buy more separately but they are close to the price of a new harness. I’ll buy more another day. Buy with confidence! Great company overall! A++

This harness is of exceptional quality! You can add what ever you want on the patches! I put name and phone number. The only thing I encountered is my dog is 25 lbs and the 20-40 lb size is a tad big. I'm still using it but I've ordered a size smaller to see if it fits better. I can't believe the price on this either. So affordable and for the quality, I would expect higher. I ordered the awesome leash as well. I am so impressed with this product. Every dog needs this!It's very durable. It's somewhat stiff but needed for those nice walks or runs. My dog still wears it all the time and doesn't act like it's too stiff for him.

WE HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER TO PUT OUR 75LB DOG INTO THIS AND IT DOES NOT WORK. SHE SOMEONE OUT GETS OUT OF IT WITHIN A FEW MINUTES AFTER STARTING HER WALK. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE SO FRUSTRATED OVER THIS AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE. CHECKED THE WEBSITE ALL GOES TO AMAZON. WE WOULD APPRECIATE A CALL BACK FROM SOMEONE WHO CAN EXPLAIN HOW THIS WORKS BY SENDING A VIDEO ON THIS PRODUCT. SHE IS 10 NOW AND WE HAVE ALWAYS USED KURGO HARNESS'S, THIS WAS HER BIRTHDAY PRESENT. SO DISAPPOINTED.

There were no instructions. It’s very important that I’m putting this on correctly. The metal loop to clip your dog leash to was too big for my dog leash. Really disappointed. I had to get a new leash. Hopefully the pics are correct in how to hook up to my dog. I may return!

Sammy Dammit, my slightly overweight Parsons Russell, is proud and handsome in his new vest. We went for a 15 minute walk in 97 degree Vegas heat and neither he nor the inside of the vest were hot when I took it off. He seems to behave better (he’s a reactive rescue) when wearing this vest versus the trusty Sporn we’ve been using for the last four months.The vest is very stiff, with super-duty Velcro, but should soften up with time. My only real issue is that I had to cut about 4” off the chest strap and it’s still doubled all the way across (now it’s unraveling) while belly strap is barely long enough.

We only received 1 name tag not 2

This harness is well built has the dogs comfort as it’s priority.
