During rehabilitation from surgery for a torn shoulder labrum, I was told by my therapist that a pulley system would help me regain my Range of Motion (ROM). I looked at several different pulley systems on Amazon and chose this one. The pulley is of high quality and is smooth in operation. It comes pre-assembled and all you have to do is open a door and placed the rubber anchor over the top and shut the door. The pulley remains firmly placed with the door shut. The length of the pulley lines are easily adjustable. I use this pulley every day. I am 6 months into my recovery and there is no doubt it was instrumental in regaining my ROM relatively quickly. I still use it daily to loosen up my shoulder before my strengthening exercises. It still operates like new despite all of the use. Highly recommend!

This is a very good should pulley setup. It functions very well. The pulley is very smooth.The "automatic" cord length adjusters do not work, but that is OK because you can easily adjust the length by tying a simple know at each handle piece.I would have made the over the door counterweight a little heavier to better balance against the weight of the handles and the rope. No big deal, however.All the materials seem to be well made, and I think the unit will last.

This pully is quiet, easy to use, and actually fun to use. Perfectly priced and well made.

This is so helpful for stretching and working your shoulders especially after surgery!! Really helped my rehab go much quicker!

This pulley is great for therapy.I have surgery on my shoulder and .I bought and I use this Pully for exercising. and therapy. And it is a great to use It helps the whole lot with stillness in The muscles in my arms.A highly recommend, yes, pully.
