Decent quality and Excellent Customer Service.
During the assembly of this product I used a screw gun to install the cam bolts into the pieces of the unit. That was probably a mistake as I over tightened the cam bolts and made it very difficult to use the cams in order to fasten the pieces together. There are two types of cams though and I found that the second type of cam could be used efficiently to complete the assembly. However there were only so many of that type of cam because they were only meant to be used in a few other cam holes. So I called the customer service number included in the instructions and--get this--I got an actual person on the phone, 1st try, who clearly understood my language and what I was talking about. He ordered two complete replacement hardware packages so that I would have enough of the cams that would work on the cam bolts that I mistakenly over tightened when I screwed them into the pieces. Amazing customer service! Pleasantly surprised with how the rest of the assembly went even though I should have just hand tightened the cam bolts. I am very happy with the TV Stand. I'll get a chance to use the space heater for my small apartment this winter. This was the best customer service experience that I have ever had.

Love it
Such a great guy. Iām glad the expresso color was so much cheaper than the others because itās the color I needed. Took some time to put together but it looks great. We use almost every night in our chilly basement.

Great piece for the money!
The media could not be loaded. Take your time: Set out all the pieces ahead of time and plan for about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Follow the instructions and youāll be fine. The only hiccups we ran into were that the cam locks are plastic coated to look like aluminum, so we broke the first one trying to tighten it. Another problem, also most likely due to plastic cams, is that they fell out here and there during construction and afterward as we were moving it into place. Finally, in step 13, the cam bolts were too short so the cam locks couldnāt even be used; we went ahead and put in the H screws (step 14) and the parts held together to continue. We figure thatās probably why the espresso-colored unit is so much less expensive than the other colors lol. All in all, we are very pleased with it - the flames are nice looking and we love that we can enjoy the flames without having to use the heater. Be prepared to have a hand cart (or a friend) handy to get it into the house. A good buy for the money!

GREAT CABINET, BUT !
Iāve had this unit for two years and use it daily to get the chill out of a sunroom 12ā x14ā. Seems to be well built and sturdy. The assembly is a little tricky but instructions are clear. The only concern when buying this unit for your tv is the type and size of the stand. I have a 46ā tv on top that just fits because the feet on the tv are turned outward. If you have a tv with a center base, a larger tv would not be a problem. Be sure to measure the distance between your tv feet vs. the cabinet width.

I am very very pleased! Set-up smoothly and enjoying it
The media could not be loaded. 1st: I respect the manner the Amazon delivery was made, I can completely understand why the package was left on the stairwell but I even more appreciate the fact it was placed gently and without being pushed or dropped. The package was still in near perfect condition and thankfully I am a decent sized person who was able to bring it up the rest of the way without much issue. Opened the package to inspect, absolutely no damage to the items inside, which was my biggest worry for an item like this because of size and bulk. 2nd: it does take time and patience to assemble, and BIGGEST KEY is placing items in an orderly fashion and reading the directions completely as intended. Once the small stuff is taken care of, the rest falls into place. Just take you time and it will run pretty smoothly. I can't give a definite time range, I was working on it while doing a other times as well, so it didn't have my complete watch of the clock. Though I have not done anything yet with the cabinet area (that will be my project for tomorrow) it was very simply put together without issue. The only thing I can even possibly note would be only one portion was not sized completely perfect, but that is simply cosmetic and not something I will not lose sleep over. 3: I'm absolutely happy with the look of the item when the fire is running, it truly has a peaceful and calming aura to it, and FYI the heat that comes out it very warm. I tested it out just to make sure it was something I could use without an issue. The items above were kept cool which I am so pleased by but wow, it definitely gives satisfying heat to the front, even though it was a little warmer today than would be expected for this time of year in NY, I think this will do its trick when the colder temperatures come in the upcoming weeks. I am just amazed on how it looks, very peaceful! I love reading books via my amazon fire and this is like doing that with a fireplace in the background without having to worry about starting it up, adding the wood and poking it around. I am definitely happy! Thank you Amazon for the recommendation to check this one out, only been one day, but this night is looking good!

Biggest piece of crap I have ever bought.
I followed the instructions step-by-step, and they were absolutely horrible. The pictures didn't help. Didn't always show the way the wood should be placed. I had to disassembled some pieces after I was almost done!! The lock nuts didn't hold tight like they should have and yes I tried tightening them to the point I gave myself blisters. I stood the cabinet up and some of them dropped out causing the cabinet to fall apart and the chipboard to break. I was able to kind of piece together but try to move into the corner and the front legs came off. Had to put it back together again. I'm afraid to even turn the fireplace on for fear it may just explode or start an actual fire. I did try to turn on but the remote control wouldnt work. Yes the batteries worked, tried them in my tv remote and it change chanels just fine. I am so upset I don't know what to do.
