Good cups look okay
Good looking plastic cups. Great for everyday use when your klutz like me and keep breaking your glassware in the sink when you're trying to clean them.

Not 20oz
These are not 20oz glasses. They are only 16oz. Not a problem unless there was a specific reason you want 20oz. Not worth the trouble to return them.
