We really like the functions. First thing that struck me, was how light in weight it is. I'm wondering if that's the reason the exterior gets hot enough to burn you when in use. For the last 4 months or so, when the fan comes on (air fry function) its really loud.I won't buy this brand again.

It's an air-fryer that's replaced my toaster, my oven, and my microwave.I really can't brag more.

I am so angry and disappointed at this oven that I cannot even express it in words. To go straight to the point, it does not have all the preset features it claims, like the “chicken” to make rotisserie chicken or kebobs. Because it does not have those preset features, the rod does not rotate so you can’t do rotisserie chicken or kebobs to name a few. I followed the instruction that says to press “cancel”, then “menu” then ‘turn the knob until the preset “chicken” is selected (where does the preset “chicken” shows up is the 1000 cents question. The answer is NOWHERE.). Then, it says: Press the Rotisserie button (again, where is the Rotisserie button, again NOWHERE) to set the rotation function (there is no rotation because you can’t follow the previous steps to start with.). Then press the knob to start cooking.’ See the pictures, there is no preset “chicken” button anywhere, not even when you press Menu. The only thing that happens when you press Menu is that the 12 settings (like roast, toast, broil, etc) that appear printed on the screen sort of light up and if you turn the know, you can select one of them. If you press time or temp on the right side of the screen, you can change the time and temp of cooking, and select whether to toast 2 or 4 slices of bread. That is ALL IT DOES. Nothing more beyond that. All the settings and features are listed on the screen and nothing is preset beyond that. NO ROTISSERIE FUNCTION, NO PRESET ROTISSERIE CHICKEN, which was the main reason I chose this oven instead of other ovens on Amazon. Bitterly disappointed. It goes back to Amazon. I am getting my money back. It does not do what it says even though you might see videos of rotating chicken, it does not allow you to do that.

Bought this for my daughter and son inlaw and they love it.

Looks very nice and sleek. Please note, instructions say to keep unplugged until use. No big deal but when you want to use it, you may need to unplug to make any changes. I tried to cancel a function and could not select another one to change. Non of the other options would work until I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. Not a user friendly device. Manual not that helpful.

It's quick and easy to use and clean.

Hard to get the switching to operate right!!!!
