This was a Christmas gift for my Oba, she definitely liked it. It’s a nice set, and looks just as the picture shows.

I ordered 3 different patterns. They're a lot smaller than expected, but was fine for sushi.. the rice bowl can hold about 1/2 cup and the plate is honestly too small for a meal but can hold a few pieces of meat and vegetables as traditionally the main meal goes in the center of the table and everyone takes a little at a time. The sauce bowl was the only size that was exactly what I expected.

This is a beautiful one place setting. I bought this as a special treat for myself to celebrate new recipes I create. The bowl and spoon are great for new soups I create. The plate and chopsticks to taste test new appetizers and main dishes. There is something very special about celebrating an achievement and celebrating the creation of a new recipe on a beautiful set of dishes is really fun!

The radish design is pretty, but the dishes I received were a dull green rather than bright blue. I sent a photo to the company, Gegong, and it was determined that this was a production defect. The company was very responsive in answering me and offering a solution. So 5 stars for customer service, but I'm disappointed in the color.Please be aware that these dishes are all quite small. I tested the volume of each one with a measuring cup. The soup bowl and "plate" can each realistically hold 1 cup of liquid. The sauce dish can hold less than 1/4 cup. The "plate" is really a saucer that can hold a small salad. I think the 8" "plates" would be more practical for salad. I still like these because the radish design is so pretty. I would give these 5 stars if the color were correct.

I really like this set. Its pretty and convenient and I use it everyday!
