HIC Kitchen Handy Dandy Slicer For Eggs, Fruit, Mushrooms, Stainless Steel Blades, Non-Slip Grip, Spring-Loaded Action

I have had this for a year now and it is still sturdy, easy to use and clean. I used to go through egg slicers every few months, so this little gadget surprised me with how well it has kept up - it still looks like new. I slice up about a dozen eggs and many, many mushrooms weekly. I have not used it on fruit.

I first rec'd one like this as a gift years ago, but it broke after over using it. I searched for a long time then found yours. It is my favorite gaget in the kitchen. It easily goes through a softer apple for pie, strawberries, mushrooms, and my kids favorite: string cheese. They like little circles for their salads and finger foods.

Easy to use with a handle and easy to clean

These blades are so much better than the wire type of slicer. This one slices strawberries and mushrooms with ease.

Wire based slicers snapped when I cut mushrooms. This has worked well for fresh mushroom slicing.

Finally an egg slicer that doesn't fall apart! I had the thin wire ones and they did not last. These have a thick type of blade that cuts through eggs, mushrooms. olives, etc.. I love kitchen gadgets and this is one of my favorites!

Liked that it is strong enough to slice strawberries. Broke a lot of egg slicer wires before I found out there was a "mushroom" slicer that has blades instead of wires. Delivered in a timely manner. Is as advertised.

Broke first time used to slice mushrooms. Cheap plastic construction with thin weak metal slicing blades. Get an all metal quality construction one, not this!

This was one of my favorite kitchen tools. It's mushrooms like a pro, but the plastic handle broke after a couple months.
