The media could not be loaded. I’ve had my Ultenic T10 self cleaning robot for just about over a month. It’s a great help to me. I do not have time to sweep or vacuum, so I decided to purchase this product based on how minimal it looks and after looking at reviews on YouTube and Amazon. So I decided to go for it!And trust me when I say this, I love it! As someone who hates dust and other particles on my floors, this little helper will suck them into oblivion. My floors always feel clean beneath feet, I walk around bare footed, and I can feel how clean my floors are kept, especially after a good mop from my robot. I set my little machine to clean in the morning and in the evening.[ Tip from me : Make sure to always provide maintenance for your machine. Perhaps it will last longer in the long run. ]I’m usually very OCD with all my technology, so I want this bot of mine to last long! There is warranty and you do have customer service through the Ultenic application.My Ultenic T10 happened to already begin scanning my apartment the moment I set it up, and it already had majority of the rooms scanned without even discovering by being within such spaces physically. Scary how technology can work! It’s amazing!What’s also cool through the Ultenic app, is you can set up zones, or click a ‘spot’ so it can clean a specific area. There’s also a ‘no-go Zone’ you can set up so your machine does not enter certain areas. It also has a physical remote that comes with the machine, along with a remote installed within the application.The application is easy to use, and it was easy to set up my machine. It was cool to add it to my Amazon echo, and I set mine up through Routines on the Amazon app.The customer service has always been amazing through the app. If you have any problems, or issues or questions contact the support and they will be more than happy to help guide you, as they’ve helped me.The machine itself does the the job when vacuuming. As for the mopping, it also does a great job keeping my floors shiny.Do not put any products into the tank.(Many vacuum robots do not recommend this.) However, you can spray mopping solution on your floors, and your machine can mop over it, maybe to give your home a nice scent, if you wish! Not necessary. Just a tip from me!Because my floors are all wooden, I cannot review so much for carpets, but I did let my robot into an area with a carpet and it picked up a lot of dust, and other particles. As the Amazon Alexa application has updated.)[ I’ve seen one of the reviews saying their bot lost their map. I’ve not had this problem. But you can find your previous maps when you click into the ‘cleaning records’ within the Ultenic App’. And you can select a previous cleaning record (area) as your map, or even add it to favourites. My bot hasn’t lost my map, nor did it need to remap or scan everything again. Figured it out myself. 🤧✌️ You’re welcome! ]For now, I’m happy with my purchase! 😸- Rasha

I purchased the T10 vacuum in January 2023. I had no issue with it until Nov 2024 at which point the radar became faulty and it could no longer find a path around the house. The suction power was excellent though and this has been used every single day to clean 4 different rooms. The mop function is useful as well and does a good job of cleaning our tiled kitchen floor. We tend to spray cleaner on the stubborn marks before the vacuum goes around and they are successfully removed then. After we had the problem with the vacuum not able to navigate successfully i suspect a battle with customer support but i was pleasantly surprised. I had to send a video of the issue and they immediately offered me a delivery label to send free of charge to a repair person working in the UK. Within a week i received the vacuum back, although unfortunately with a new fault that only appeared after a couple of runs. I emailed customer support once more who again sent another free delivery label for me to return for repair.After a few weeks i chased up the repair status and was told that the vacuum couldn't be feasibly repaired this time but instead they would offer a nearly new / unused returned product which i agreed to. This arrived in perfect condition with all the original additional parts giving me some spares. Although i was unlucky with the initial repair i couldn't fault customer service for providing me with a satisfactory solution in the end.

We really love our robot vacuum! This is our first device of this kind and so far it has worked really well and has been a great help with keeping our house clean.Since getting our two cats, the house has needed a vacuum every day to keep as clean as we prefer, so we decided to invest in this little guy to help out with the daily clean. It's not a full replacement for a regular vacuum cleaner (as it can't get in every little nook and cranny), but it does clean very well overall and it's fabulous for everyday cleans - it even does a pretty good job at picking up mess from corners using its rotating arm. We usually complement the daily maintenance done by the robot with a weekly clean with our big hoover and this keeps the house spotless.So far is has been an amazing help at maintaining the floors clean and it is great not to have to struggle to get out the big hoover every day! It also saves a lot of time as you just need to press a button to activate it (or just schedule it for a time) and off it goes to clean the floors.The robot vacuum is extremely easy to set up out of the box and the application works really well - you can operate the vacuum, see the different floors mapped, cleaning movement in real time and schedule cleans, as well as many more functions like sending it to clean to a specific area or adjusting its volume - we've yet to try all of the functions, but so far, so good, and we've not encountered any issues at all!The robot does make a bit of noise when emptying the dust into the main unit but that's to be expected; outside of that it's relatively quiet and even speaks to let you know it's finished the cleaning or that it's charging.The mapping works really well, we've not had any issues with navigation which we were worried about as we have some oddly shaped furniture items, but the robot did a great job of marking objects and doesn't crash into things or get stuck. It also updates the map if a furniture item is moved.Suction is very good and it does an excellent job of cleaning floors. It can even haul itself over our relatively wide/high floor thresholds at the doors with no effort at all. We've used it for about a month now and have not encountered any issues.Whilst us humans loved this little robot instantly, it took a while for the cats to befriend it, but now they get along very well :)
