Used this on a trip to Phoenix Arizona in July. No issues with TSA at any airport. Needed this to keep my insulin cold while traveling, it was left in my backpack in a locked car for 10 hours in Arizona heat after 3 hours of flights. Ice pack was 3/4 melted by the time I got to the hotel, and meds were still cold as if they came out of the refrigerator. Highly recommend as I took this through high heat and it performed flawlessly. Holds 2 to 3 pens with plenty of room.

I needed a way to carry my refrigerated medicine with me during a week long cruise. Huzzah! I found this wonderful item and after some waivering I bought it. So glad I did. It easily held my medication and my friend's! It kept everything cold and was so easy to carry and use. PLUS! This item comes with a door sign. It is bright yellow and you can hang it on your hotel or cruise door. It says to remember to get your medication! This is perfect as yes I can forget things easily. I keep the cool pack in my freezer and the metal can with my luggage.Great buy! get it if you thing you will need it. Very useful.

This is great. I've used it several times. The ice stays cold on long flights. I haven't used it longer than 10 hours to know if it stays colder than that but based on how cold the ice still is after 10hrs, I believe it can go for several more hours. As others have noted, it only fits 2 pens (maybe 3 depending on what) but it needs to have the space for the ice so I don't have complaints. It's pretty too. No chips or scrapes either so it seems durable also.

Purchased these coolers in order to travel and keep my medication cold. It has been a life saver as it is allowed on my carry on for planes! The design is compact, easy to use and carry and is so convenient for travelling. The temperature control is perfect for keeping my meds at the proper temp even on hot long days. The container itself is very durable even after traveling with it and being dropped several time.Definitely worth the money to keep medication at the proper temps

Excellent product. Well made. Holds up to 4 injectable glass vials. Keeps vials cold as advertised.

Great cylinder! Provides a great temperature for the medicine. The only thing I wish it was a bit bigger.

Tested the product following the instructions. Used a vial filled half way with water that was refrigerated prior to inserting into cooler. After 18 hours at a room temperature of 76 degrees, the vial was still cool and temp inside cooler was 50 degrees. Slim design fits in carry on and a great product for long flights/trips. Advertised as TSA approved so long as gel pack is frozen. We'll see how that works out in the near future.I did also purchase small reusable ice cubes as added insurance and I did not insert them for initial test. It appears using them will not be necessary as the cooler held the temperature for 18 hours and will hold for longer with out a problem.

Small and simple to use. Just freeze the included gel pack and it's good to go. Went to Europe on a 12 hour flight and the vials were very cold (not freezing) when arrived. It's a good size and weight as it's easy to transport.
