So far so good with this awesome and affordable little gym accessory!I had been used a canvas strap and a metal clip for my T Bar type bent rows! But, I was looking for some thing with a more sturdy feel and adjustment capability. This it it!You can very easily position the clip into any chain link that you want to make it more comfortable for longer or shorter armed folks!This thing is simple, yet solid!
