Great crimps
Worked great for making Texas rigs, very strong, just smashed them with a hammer, can not crimp with pliers, too strong of metal. Will need a staging tool or just hammer them closed.

To thick
I had to use vise to crimp claps. I usually use vise grips but to hard to do by hand. Crimps looks like it’s to thick.

Great for fixing broken crimps from factory rigs
The crimps are heavy duty. They are a bit large and leave a gob for weeds and stuff to collect but all in all good. Great for fixing rigss where the small factory crimp have way.

Best. Crimp. Available.
These exceeded my expectations, very very strong crimp I know will never fail. I'm sure there is a crimper out there made for these, but I tried what tools I just happened to have in my house...nice wire crimper, 3 different size pliers, channel locks, vice grips...nothing gave me the leverage needed to crimp these closed. I ended up having to use my bench vice which worked great! These crimps are heavy duty, far superior than anything I've seen on anyone else's decoys. Will only buy these from now on.

Just What The Doctor Ordered
Great price! Great service! Had them in no time. Used the crimps to Texas Rig my Diver spread. Have to work around the tides here in the South San Francisco Bay, which at times gives me just a few hours of hunting per outing. Jury is still out, but confident the rigs will allow me more time of hunting and less time of setting up and collecting the 100+ decoys. Crimps went on easily and appear more than capable of holding up in the salt water. Feeling like I received a great value with the purchase.

Good option for DIY Texas rigs
They’ve worked well for changing my decoys over to Texas rigs. Other reviews are correct, these crimps are very stiff. You can get a great hand work out by using crimping pliers or vice grips, or just use a bench vice (recommended method). No field testing to date. But with as stiff as they are, I imagine they will stay in place.

Performed as expected
Product was perfect for use on shade cloth 12 gauge monofilament line. Plan on uson them to support my blackberry canes as well.

Good but overkill
Great quality especially for the price. I won’t be buying agin though. They’re overkill on strength. I’ve got the strongest grip amongst my crew at work in construction and I had a hell of a time crimping these things down, even with a large set of vise grips.

Decent crimps but sloppy sizing
These are decent crimps, but they are very thick material and the inner bore diameter of each 'barrel' is excessively large for 400lb mono. I had to swage the crimps very aggressively to get these to work with standard 400lb mono.

tough to crimp so use a hammer
Like the others say, if you don't have a pro crimping tool you'll have to resort to a hammer. The good news is that it does hammer easily even with a rubber mallet.

Works as they should!
Yep they will do the job! Will buy again!

Great deal
The crimps seem pretty solid, they crimped easily and if they are made of aluminium, they won't rust.Brilliant idea to sell them in such large numbers, buying just 24 crimps (so 12 decoys rigged) is kind of annoying if you have more than a couple dozen decoys to rig or if you make a mistake somewhere and need to re-rig your decoys. The price is great, really. Much, much cheaper than what I usually get. I'd get less than half the crimps for the same price. Hope they keep selling those packages.
