Easy to get perfect circles of all sizes
Pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to cut all sizes of circles. I used it on cathedral stained glass and got perfect results every time. Make sure to use oil with each cut! The measurement gauge on the platform is good. I ended up printing out my own exact circle sizes and taping it to the platform, which worked great.

So easy! But easier with WD40
I just love this thing and am glad I didn't pay the extra money for the expensive one. It was a little rough at first but did cut very nice circles. Then I shot a little WD40 silicone lubricant down the crankshaft and WOW it's amazing now! So easy to cut with! And perfect circles every time. And I did as so many other users did and bought some liner (I used the mesh kitchen drawer liner from the dollar store) to keep the glass from sliding around. Excellent purchase.

Great for small circles
I was drawn to this because it cuts the smallest circles that I have seen. Works great. Sturdy.

Worked to cut very thin glass for our project (with practice)
We used this to cut very thin (less than 1 mm thick) glass. It takes practice to figure out how much pressure to apply as well as how many times to go around to get the cut to work without cracking the glass on the inside of the cut circle. We used a small amount of silicon grease on the area where the cutting wheel touched the glass which reduced the cracking. We also used lab tape, or poster putty, to secure the glass to the blue base. We couldn't use the spongy cabinet liner others recommended because our glass is so thin that any uneven pressure could crack the glass. We first practiced on a package of inexpensive 40 mm coverslips. After practicing on ~100 coverslips, we were ready to cut our precious project. Voile! It worked. The only note is that the blue base is not perfectly flat as it has embossed numbers on one side (to help one judge diameter). This wouldn't have been noticeable if our glass wasn't so thin. Very thankful to manufacturer, supplier, and Amazon for providing this piece of equipment at a reasonable cost.

Is a worthless tool
The video shows it cutting but they don’t actually take it out to show the circles. Such a rip off! This thing wouldn’t cut melted butter and I followed the directions. All it did was damage my product.

I like it, it works well.
This thing makes it so quick and easy to score a perfect circle in glass. It is easy to adjust the circle size too. The only drawback is, it is limited to about a 5.5" circle. I have a very small kiln so this isn't an issue for me.

it works but
i practiced cutting circles with this deviceno suction ... I taped to glass to hold device steadyrequires coordinating pressure on center plus turning 360 degrees ... finally I got good circlesinstructions are missing information about making sure that cutting edge (1 of 3) is positioned on glassand does require lots of radiating cuts to release scored circlebottom line - works - but requires mastering the tool first - not particularly easy

Pricey, but a good addition to your art glass studio.
Works as advertised. I don’t understand the complaint for a purchaser that it did not work; he must not have read the enclosed instructions.Perfect circle, perfectly sized to complete my piece on my first attempt, without a practice piece first. I would recommend, as I would recommend also reading directions.
