I love this thing. I was curious. I am a craft junky to some extent and I always look for new and interesting things and this filled the bill. I am not a knitter by any means so I was curious at how difficult this would be to use. It arrived and right out of the box I had it up and running in no time at all. I agree with what some said about the needles being hard to get in some of the holes on the base, but as been previously said if you switch them around they will fit. Try not to force them in, but if you have one that just is not going to go no matter when hole you use I have found that it's best to hold the needle at the base and use it help push the needle in. If you just hold the needle at the top and try to force it the will most likely break. This goes a whole lot faster then regular knitting and you can see your progress very quickly. I use the backstitch for joining my pieces as this makes the stitches look more even and give a little bit better appearance.If you are considering this a suggestion is to watch some YouTube videos on it. it will give you a good idea of how it works and things you can make with it. If you decide to purchase give yourself a chance to learn what this does. Make a pot holder or small placemat to get the hand of it. There is a bit of a learning curve with this. You have to have an even tension, but you will figure it out. It's fun and easy. If you like to have something to do while watching TV this would be a good thing for that. I made a cosmetic bag adding beads to the yarn before I started and it came out very cute. There are so many possibilities with this. Once you get good with it and if you like it, you can expand and connect more looms together. When I first ordered this I was afraid that the base would move around and fall over making it hard to use, but I was wrong. The base is slightly weighted and on the bottom are small round rubber feet. These small round rubber feet keep it from moving around and falling over as they seem to suction a bit to the table or whatever you work on. I have a folding snack table that I use when watching TV in the evening and it works great. I really love this and shipping as always with Amazon was fast.

Works really well for what I needed it for. Made small purses and hats and a few other things quicker than when I was knitting them. My friends and family and co-workers loved everything I made with it. I would highly recommend this product to other people.

I am new to the weaving world. This loom was so easy to use and put together. I made a scarf right away and looking forward to making much more.

Lots of yarn needed in order to construct anything. Very loose construction and really just a toy. Fun amusement for a while, but that's about it. End results very primitive, loose, sloppy. But it might keep a kid quiet for a while if that's your intent.

My granddaughter started weaving right away when she received this gift 🎁 and immediately thought of endless ideas of how to use the loom!

The images made it appear as if yarn came with it to get you started on at least 1 small project, and for $25 it should be! My daughter couldn't even use it! Very disappointing! Had I known there was no yarn, I would have planned better and bought some before giving her the gift she couldn't even use. The box didn't even tell you what was included, so the pictures were also misleading in thinking yarn was included.

It wasn't as simple and the Manuel was poorly written. Your directed to use YouTube for the projects. It's hard to understand the beginning of the project. I think if the Manuel had been user friendly I would of been happy.But maybe some one else can have better understanding of its use.

Wonderful little craft project. I can't knit well or crochet at all, so I thought I'd give this a try!! Was very easy to get the hang of, and the instructions are actually wonderfully detailed. If you really get stuck YouTube has alot of videos! It's a nice lap project, and it's very easy to pick up where you left off. Mistakes are easy to fix, as long as your really paying attention (it's easy to forget to turn the knob). Happy crafting everyone! Worth your money

Made a rug for my kitchen

It's okay, a little more work than a knitting loom though. When the pegs are full, you have to pull them out one at a time, slide the work down, and reinsert them to continue weaving. Some of the pegs are a tight fit making that part a little more difficult, however, I'm not worried about them coming out while working. With acrylic yarn it's pretty easy to do, but it will be more difficult with a cotton yarn that doesn't slide as easily, and I can see that working with very bulky yarn will be a little harder to manoeuvre around the pegs. It came with an instruction booklet, in English, and it is clear and easy to follow. While it doesn't feel very sturdy and it tips over easily (it could use a little more weight in the base), it has worked as advertised so far. I'm not sure it's worth the price for what it is, but I'm optimistic from what I've done so far. Easy to learn though, even for younger crafters. Update: this uses A LOT of yarn.
