We bought two of these for the purpose of transporting bins and boxes while going from car to booth and vice versa at a convention. We were pleasantly surprised how much it could hold. We of course had to make multiple trips, but we were pleasantly surprised it could handle two large plastic bins from Sam’s Club (black bin w/yellow lid) because they appear to be so small even while extended. Just be sure to use the included bungee cords. Another reviewer recommended adding grip tape to the surface, we did not have time to do this but plan to do so in the future. It was easy to put together, but does take a few minutes - six wheels and two screws each. We used an electric screwdriver with an extended Phillips head which definitely helped save some time. We did have an issue with one of the hand trucks while using it the first time. One of the nuts fell off (already attached when received, not a part of assembly) and we didn’t realize it happened until it was too late to find the nut, so that was a problem! We were able to make a temporary fix with some tape, but we do need to replace it. I plan on contacting the vendor… or maybe we have one laying around! Maybe consider tightening all of the nuts around the bolts before using! Yes, as other reviews noted, the fact that the handle doesn’t lock into place is annoying, but it’s not a big deal. Also, extending the handle is a little odd, but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine. For the price of the item, we can live with these minor inconveniences.Overall, this little hand truck was pretty impressive and the best part is that it folds up and is compact and easy to carry and store!

I purchased one of these and really liked it and convinced my boss to buy several more for the other employees. They were good as long as you maintain them properly. We recently purchased three more for more new employees and they made a couple of good upgrades. The handle will now stay upright instead of flopping to the ground and they put a locking mechanism on the platform to keep it extended. I guess they needed to recoup their money somewhere from the upgrades and took it out on the way the wheels attach. Before they were on brackets and they screwed directly into the cart now you just push the wheels into holes… And they do not stay in. Whenever I lifted the cart up at least one of the wheels fell off. I checked two of the three carts and it happened on both so I didn't bother with the third one... just packed them all up and sent them back.Very disappointed because we would've kept buying these carts as our company grows.
