These are slightly smaller than the Costar-P labels from Idexx. They do fit in the Dymo 4000 label printer if you adjust the spool however, they are lack that extra piece on the top of the label. Overall they are cheaper than the Idexx label and they serve their purpose but, we need that extra piece at the top of the label for internal use. If it weren't for that I would order these again.
